Notes on prices
Prices are per day for the whole property.
120 Euro for 2 persons, 140 Euro for 3-4 people, 150 Euro for 5 and 160 Euro for 6 people.
60 euros cleaning charge per booking.
New Year bookings 5 nights minimum +30%.
Sonar 6 nights minimum +30%.
3GSM 4 nights minimum + 30%.
July & August +10%.
Easter 5 nights minimum.
For bookings shorter than 3 nights applies a 40 Euro surcharge for the greeter.
Changeover day
Check-in from 15:00, but we try to accommodate all arrival times. Check-out usually at 11am. Baggage storage possible.

Accessibility
Situated on the second floor, there is no elevator.
Outside
Four little balconies overlook the street and tiny square. Note: on the ground floor of the building there is a bar open until 2am.
Coast/Beach
Walking distance to Barceloneta beach is 10 minutes. Bus No 17 takes you there in 5 minutes.

Travel
Barcelona airport 12km.
Airport shuttle bus takes you to Plaza Catalunya in 35 minutes, 4,5 Euro approx.
Taxi takes 15 to 20 minutes and costs between 22 and 30 euros.

Further details
The Barrio Gotico in general is a very popular and lively area, also at night time. Sensitive sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Late arrivals: due to late working hours of our greeter check-ins after 8pm are subject to a surcharge of 40 Euro (to be paid directly to the greeter).
Booking notes
To secure a booking we require a down payment of 70% of the total cost, payable by transfer or credit card-installments possible. The remaining 30% is due in cash or by credit card when we hand over the key of the apartment, together with a fully refundable damage deposit of 200 euros or equivalent in your own currency.
