Notes on accommodation
Secure complex with separate childrens pool so ideal for kids. The complex is in a quiet area so we would recommend a car to explore the area.
Accessibility
The apartment has approximately 15 steps to the front door so not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Double patio doors from lounge on to a large terrace of approx20m2, roof terrace of approximately 30m2 above, accessed by a spiral staircase. Outside table with 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ. Large communal swimming pool with adult and children’s pool surrounded by grass, communal barbeque and picnic area, communal toilets/changing rooms, padel tennis court.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of El Campello and San Juan are approximately 10 minutes by car. There is also the more lively city beach in Alicante which is 15 minutes by car.
Golf
Bonalba Golf & Spa Resort is 5 minutes drive. Alicante Golf is 10 minutes drive. Two excellent golf course at the Villaitana Hotel Resort in Benidorm approximately 25 minutes drive. All of these are 18 hole courses.
Travel
Alicante airport is only 20 minutes away by car, Murcia airport is 60 minutes and Valencia airport 90 minutes.
Distances
The local town of Muchamiel is 5 minutes by car and the nearest seaside town is El Campello 10 minutes by car. The vibrant city of Alicante is just 15 minutes by car, or why not park in El Campello and take the Tram along the sea front, stopping in the heart of Alicante. Alternatively, you can take the Tram in the opposite direction through Benidorm and up to Denia.
Further details
This is a place to get away from it all, however it is also perfectly located to visit many of the local attractions. Alicante is close by with many shops, restaurants and bars plus the new Mediterranea Casino. El Campello is a traditional Spanish seaside town with a lovely promenade and lots of bars and restaurants to sit in and look out to sea. Benidorm is 25 minutes away and has many attractions including the theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura, the Mundomar sea life centre and Aqualandia Water Park. Alternatively visit the old town and have lunch in one of the many Basque style tapas bars.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure the booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of 150 euros plus the cleaning charge of 70 euros to be paid on the day of arrival.
