Beautiful, bright and sunny comfortable 3 bedroom semi-detached villa with private terrace in Miraflores, Mijas Costa. Excellent location, minutes from Fuengirola. Relax in the well kept communal gardens and bathe in the pool which is open all year round. It's just a 5 minute walk to a sandy beach that also has its own bar/restaurant right on the shore. From the main bedroom of the apartment as well as the rear terrace and garden you can enjoy stunning vistas out across the Mediterranean sea. On a clear day you'll have views of the Atlas Mountains of North Africa.

Bathrooms: The en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 has a shower and wc. The main bathroom has a shower and wc. There's also a separate wc downstairs.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary utensils along with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher. There's also a large dining table which has seating for 6 people.
Living Rooms: The lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas and air conditioning. The TV shows a selection of UK TV channels incl BBC & ITV. There's also a DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace/garden and outside dining area where you can take in the sea views
Other: There's a good size communal pool set in beautifully kept landscaped gardens. There are sunbeds along with shaded areas around the pool where you can relax.

It's only a 5 min walk to the nearest beach. This is also has a beach bar/restaurant.

Golf
Golfer's can take their pick from dozens of courses on the Costa del Sol and inland. There are around 10 courses all within a 15 min drive of the apartment. The nearest course is Miraflores Golf which is just 2 mins away by car.

Travel
Nearest airport is Malaga. By car the journey will take 35 mins.

Distances
The villa is about a 5 minute walk from local bars/restaurants, supermarket and car hire office. The local bus service stops at the end of the and road runs regularly along the coast.

Further details
An ideal location for families from which to enjoy all the Costa del Sol has to offer. Nearby attractions include the Mijas Costa Aquapark, Tivoli World amusement park, Selwo Marina with dolphin show, Selwo Safari Adventure, Fuengirola Zoo, Torremolinos Crocodile Park and Quad Bike adventures. If you want to explore further afield then historical cities of Granada and Seville are only two hours away. Car hire is available within a 1 minute walk of the apartment. Alternatively, scheduled coach tours will pick up and drop off locally.

£150 cash security deposit payable on arrival to cover any damage/breakages. Refundable on departure.
