Ideal for exploring the markets, towns and nightlife of the region of Murcia or just drinking a glass of wine on the patio enjoying the perfect Costa Calida weather. Within walking distance of the village there are facilities which include a mini-market, bakery, bars/cafes, banks, newsagents,a pharmacy and hairdressers. It is also a five minute walk from the new leisure complex including two swimming pools (one for children) 2 paddle tennis courts, restaurant and bar and overlooks a landscaped garden. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has been furnished by the owner to extremely high standards fully equipped for self-catering. It has a wide screen television with both English and Spanish channels, DVD and CD players.

Beach bars and restaurants are all within a ten minute drive. There is a fabulous choice of local and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. The Mar Menor is renowned for its crystal clear waters and blue flag beaches.

The Murcia area is fast becoming the premier region for golf in Spain. There are several highly rated golf courses all within 10 minutes drive of the villa. Golf tours can be arranged in advance with a Society within the village offering discounted rates.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Car hire essential to explore the exciting region of Murcia. Meet and greet service can be arranged by the owner and welcome packs can be provided in advance. Taxis are available at Murcia airport. Alicante airport is a 45 minutes drive away from the property.

A deposit of £100 is required when booking the property. The balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Further details will be available from the owner when placing the booking.

About the owner
The reason I had a property built in Spain was because I have always liked the Spanish people. When I first visited the village of San Cayetano I fell in love with the Spanish atmosphere and was only too pleased to have a property built in that area. My job involves working with students Globally which I find most rewarding and enjoyable. The family loves playing golf which, in this area, is ideal because of the tremendous choice of golf courses they have. The fact that I can offer my property for rental is very satisfying - why keep all the good things to yourself?

Why the owner chose a home in this location
The area of Murcia is ideal for relaxing, playing golf and enjoying the Spanish culture. San Cayetano is a lovely village where everyone speaks Spanish and is only too pleased if you try!
The roads are fantastic and offer easy access to the city of Murcia, Alicante and Cartegena. All well worth a visit. The beaches of the Mar Menor are only 10 minutes away.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is situated on the fringe of a small village which offers 3 bars, restaurants, a fantastic bakery, pharmacy and small supermarket. We also have a leisure centre which incorporates two swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, pool cafe and a restaurant and bar - all these facilities only a few minutes walk away.
The ideal thing about the property is that you can sit outside the quad villa on the patio and enjoy a nicely chilled glass of white wine, have a barbeque and watch the world go by. The peace is fantastic and very much needed on a holiday.
