Villa Ibiza is a beautiful, new 6 bedroom villa, conveniently located 15 minutes drive from the lovely seaside resort of Sitges and only 40 minutes drive from Barcelona. Take a winding road up from Sitges through vineyards and mountain valleys and you will find the villa surrounded by forest in a peaceful and secluded location. The local area joins the Garraf Natural Park and yet is only minutes from the beach and all the night life of Sitges. The villa has everything to ensure that your holiday will be relaxing and enjoyable with 6 double bedrooms sleeping 12 people. There is a private pool, a fully fitted outside kitchen, separate guest house, sports field where children can enjoy themselves for hours. There is a big dining room, fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, big oven, microwave, fridge/freezers and washing machines. Satellite TV. Wifi. We additionaly offer the posibility to organize babysit,maid,cook. Just ask, we will arrange it!

Coast/Beach
The lovely beaches of Sitges are only 15 minutes away by car and has a free car park. Lovely Spanish town with traditional Spanish feel which has not been over developed. Highly popular with affluent Barcelona residents. Many great restaurants, bars and clubs. There are many other beach resorts within 20 minutes drive. Regular trains into Barcelona from Sitges.
Golf
Golf of Sitges (9 holes) 15 minutes.
Golf of Vila Nova (18 holes) 15 minutes.

Travel
Barcelona Airport 35 minutes drive. Reus Airport 40 minutes drive. Girona Airport 90 minutes drive. Car hire is highly recommended in order to make best use of local facilities and also because we are in a secluded setting. There are however taxis and a limited bus services. All roads in the area are tarmaced.
Distances
Driving time: Barcelona city centre 45 minutes. San Pere de Ribes (closest town) with large supermarket 5 minutes. Beach 15 minute drive. Local shop, bank and pharmacy 2 minutes. Tarragona 50 minutes. Universal Studios theme park and water park Port Aventura 50 minutes. Junction 28 of C32 motorway 10 minutes.
Further details
South of Barcelona straight down the main motorway (C32) which provides very good connections. Barcelona town centre, Barcelona airport, Sitges and Tarragona are all off the C32. Barcelona is very simple to drive into. Straight down C32 following signs. Many cheap car parks in town.
Universal Studios Theme park and Costa Caribe water park are excellent theme parks and a must for any family.
Booking notes
We require a down payment 30% of the total cost to confirm the booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining 70% must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. Refundable breakage deposit 500 euros. Payment is by bank transfer or credit card.

Please inform us upon any special needs or interest. Children just love our Villa. The Villa is very complete,room to play in and outside, the (private) pool, the sports field or just relaxing in the sun.
We enjoy the spacious villa, it's open fire place during colder nights is really comforting. In summer we enjoy the secluded terraces with spectacular views over the Garraf Park and the surrounding mountains, the private pool, and the relax and outside kitchen area.

It has been so wonderful living in a nice climate, near the beach but the quiet and freedom of the mountains. Sitges is a authentic and beautiful seaside town,with its sandy beaches, lively and quieter ones. Barcelona is one of the most lively and hippest cities we know. There is always something on. A beautiful 18 holes golf court is just 15 minutes away. And the villa is situated next to the Garraf national park. The park is ideal for hiking and mountain biking. The area also boasts several vineyards and wineries. Many offer tours and wine tasting. South of Sitges is Tarragona with its Roman amphitheatre and Port Aventura with its roller coasters and Aquatic Park.The famous Black Madonna at the Montserrat's Benedictine sanctuary at just 30 min. There really is something for everyone here
