Bedroom 1 overlooking the Mar Menor with a double bed. Bedroom 2 two twin beds overlooking the pool and the Mar Menor. Bedroom 3 twin beds overlooking the Mar Menor. A cot is available. Two bathrooms, bathroom 1 bath with shower and bathroom 2 with shower unit. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven. Ironing board and iron in utility room. Large lounge/dining room, which opens out through double patio doors to a balcony overlooking the Mar Menor and the pool. The lounge has TV with English channels. The apartment is cleaned before and after each rental and linen is provided. There is an administration/cleaning charge of £60. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are situated at the Northern end of La Manga (the Sleeve). The Mar Menor is a large inland sea has an average depth of 1.7 metres and is ideal for the watersports and for children to play on the sandy beaches. The mediterranean is within easy walking distance from the apartments.
Outside
The apartments overlook the Mar Menor and well kept gardens. There is a large shared swimming pool with stunning views of the Mar Menor, a tennis court and well kept gardens surrounding the apartments. There are sunloungers around the pool. There are ample parking facilities outside the apartment.
Coast/Beach
The apartments are frontline and the sandy beaches are a few minutes walk away. There are no buildings in front of the apartments and there is a beautiful view of the Mar Menor from both apartments.
Golf
A new 9 hole golf course with driving range and clubhouse overlooking the Mediterranean has recently opened, approximately 5 minutes drive away. La Manga Club is approximately half an hour drive away. There are various other golf courses around the Mar Menor.
Travel
40 minutes from Murcia airport (San Javier). (Ryan Air, bmi baby, Easyjet, Jet2). 80 minutes from Alicante airport (all major airlines). A car is not essential as there is a good bus service but it is recommended. There is a ferry from Santiago de Ribera to Tomas Maestre Marina.
Distances
La Manga Club is 30 minutes away by car and its facilities include golf, tennis and many restaurants.
Cartagena (Roman City) is a busy historical city with many historical sites to visit, a marina, shops and many fine restaurants.
Cabo de Palos is a small fishing village at the beginning of the La Manga strip with some very busy restaurants selling traditional fish dishes. There is a very popular market on Sunday mornings open throughout the year.
Further details
The apartments are within easy walking distance of local shops including a supermarket, chemist and two Spanish banks. There are boat trips from the Marina into the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. There is also a ferry which runs 2 hourly throughout the year to the other side of the Mar Menor. All kinds of water sports are available - including diving, kite surfing and sailing.
Booking notes
To book the apartments telephone the owner. A security deposit of £100 is charged for breakages and damage. This will be returned two weeks after vacating the apartment. The full amount is payable 6 weeks before departure. Discounts available for stays longer than 1 week.
