Located just far enough if you do not want the hustle and bustle of the main resort, but close enough if you want to mingle with tourists, go shopping or sample the great clubs/bars/nightlife in the town centre of Fuengirola! All tourist attractions/activities are within easy reach by taxi, bus or train.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for up to 8 persons.
For any week that straddles a month end, the above amounts are pro-rated according to the number of days that fall in each month (the first day of your stay is taken into account but not the day of departure). Those weeks that include Easter, Christmas and New year carry a £250 supplement.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible but the exact date you prefer may not be available.

Notes on accommodation
As a simple safety precaution we ask that adults do not allow children to use pool without supervision. The garden and pool will need to be maintained at all times and would ask you please to understand that we will need to access these areas during your stay to ensure your continued enjoyment. We will of course respect your privacy and be as quick and discreet as possible.

Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to the beach. La Cala, Fuengirola and Capobino are under 10 minutes drive away.
Golf
El Chaperal Golf is 5 minutes drive, however there are 40 golf courses on the Costa Del Sol all within a short driving distance.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada provides good skiing between early December until late March and is approximately two hours drive.
Travel
20 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Car hire is recommended however it is only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop. There is a regular (every 1/2 hour) service between Fuengirola and Marbella.

La Cala De Mijas 1.5 miles, Fuengirola 3 miles, Malaga 20 miles, Marbella 11 miles, Gibraltar about 60 miles.
Further details
2 restaurants/bars and supermarket 5 minutes walk. Playa Marina strip is 15 minutes walk. It has bars (inc Sports bar and Irish bar) and restaurants (inc Indian, Chinese, Thai, fish and chips, pizza) as well as a chemist, hairdresser and nail bar.
Booking notes
To secure a booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount payable is required. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the first day of your stay together with a further refundable damages deposit of 10% of the total.
