Notes on prices
Prices start from €195,00 per night in low season - please contact us for prices for specific dates. Prices are for the property per night in euros and include 8% VAT.
We charge a a small €55 cleaning fee payable at check-in. Other than that, there are no extra charges for number of guests (6 max) or taxes. Pls take this into consideration if you are comparing prices.
Changeover day
Arrivals- any time between 3 pm and 8pm. Later check-in on request and subject to a late check in fee (after 8pm - €30, after 11pm - €40). Departures- any time before 11am.

The Garden Flat is surrounded by some great restaurants and shops. Take a stroll down Paseo de Gracia, Rambla de Catalunya and Calle Enric Granados and you´ll be spoilt for choice.
Booking notes
Minimum booking period: 3 nights low season (Sept-Mar), 5 nights high season (Apr-Aug, Christmas & New Year). Bookings are made by email or over the phone. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The full balance due 28 days before arrival. Payments accepted via Paypal or bank transfer.

Just wanted to drop you a quick e-mail to say we had an absolutely fantastic time in Barcelona and your flat was amazing. We met Lynda (who was great) who showed us round the flat which was just so spacious and gorgeous.
We absolutely fell in love with the tiled floors and wooden shutters and it had everything and more that we needed. The kids DVDs and toys were brilliant and the cool, dark bedrooms meant that they slept really well and we all got plenty of lie-ins,bliss!
