The upper floor has a master bedroom with very large en suite and large terrace with amazing views of the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees mountains. The lower floor has a further 1 double bedroom and en suite located via the external staircase, and large el fresco eating area, kitchenette area and BBQ and a further very large terrace overlooking the lovely garden and pool area. The nearest beach is located at 10 minutes walk, along with numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance of this fantastic villa.

This villa has a very large secluded garden with many beautiful plants, trees and a grassed areas, along with paved areas for the children to play. It also has a large BBQ and many seating areas either in the sun or shaded areas. It has sun beds and table and chairs for upto 10 persons to eat together. The villa also has three very large terraces for dining if preferred, one is off of the main kitchen, and lounge area. The pool is very large at approximately 10x5m and also is very private.
Coast/Beach
This villa is approximately 10-15 mins walk away from a choice of two beaches, either the beach of Riells or Montgo beach.
Travel
By Air:- Flights into either Girona at only 35mins drive away or Barcelona airport at approximately 1 hr 30 mins.
Booking notes
To secure a booking a deposit payment of 30% of the full rental rate is required, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer.
