Access to the 1st floor apartment is by stairs or lift. The secure under croft parking is accessed by electric automatic garage doors and controlled by hand held fob, own parking space.
Outside
The shared swimming pool with separate child pool is surrounded by a tropical garden with a fountain and palm trees with views of the mountains. Swimming pool opened from the 1 June to the 30 September.
Coast/Beach
Less than a minute to the beach. In the summer you will find the usual water sports (snorkelling, windsurfing, fishing jet skiing, beach volleyball etc).
Golf
Many links golf courses within half mile radius.

Skiing
Less than 1 hour from the magnificient Sierra Nevada range offering one of the longest ski seasons in Europe from November to April. This is one of the few places in the world where you can ski in the morning and enjoy sunbathing on the beach later the same day.

The apartment is only 5 minute stroll to the beach where you can find beachbars and restaurants. Local mini market 5 minutes from apartment open during summer season. Just a 40 minutes drive to the capital of Granada said to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Hear you will find the Alhambra Palace, the oldest and beautiful of the Moorish palaces which remains in the world today. To the west lies Nerja, a charming holiday resort with its famous caves, 10 minute drive.

There is a large supermarket Alcampo 5 minutes drive and the near by bustling City Motril where you can find many shops and stores/restaurants, local Hospital is 10 minutes drive in Motril.

Purchased the property in 2005 after spending many years, before combing the area and fell in love with the Spainish tradations and cultures which hold strongly in the costa Tropical.
Unique benefits of the property
The area has many top attractions i.e the Alhambra Palace as well as beaches and walks along the coast line, and our apartment is surrounded by links golf courses, also we have just discovered the ski resort in the Sierra Navada just over an hour away
