Changeover day
On changeover day, guests leave at 10am and the house is available for new arrivals at 4pm. In high season changeover is usually Saturday but can be flexible at other times of the year.

The Medas Isles off Estartit is a well known nature reserve, and there are opportunities to go and dive or snorkle there from Estartit and there are lots of different boat trips to offer. Also their is a sports centre on the Torregran complex a 5 minute walk from the property offering a gym,tennis and various keepfit classes with reasonable rates.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking payable by cheque or bank transfer. The outstanding balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. 150 euros deposit is also required for any major damages payable on arrival, returnable on departure.
