These brand new, beautiful apartments centre on flexibility and so create the perfect holiday for a wide range of guests. Both apartments can be rented out separately, or combined to make one large property suitable for up to 9 people. This fantastic feature makes it ideal for anything from a family holiday to a getaway for a couple. Situated within a private house, you don't have to worry about sharing the pool and bar with masses of people and, in fact, the secluded area of town makes this an extremely peaceful place to stay. You also have access to you own fully furnished kitchen, bathroom and living room. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the beach and local bars/restaurants. On top of this, the historic centre of Pals and Begur are very close. With a tennis club, diving schools and plenty of golf courses nearby, the location suites even the most active of people whilst still catering for those of us who just want to relax!

Notes on prices
Prices are for one week rental only, in UK pounds.
A 15% deposit, is required at the time of booking. Please note that a fully-refundable deposit of £100 is required on arrival to cover any breakages or damages which may occur. Otherwise, this will be paid back, in full, at the end of your stay. Finally, £50 is required for cleaning, including clean towels and linen. Long winter lets are available. For discounts on these, or for stays of over a fortnight, please feel free to contact the owner.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, however this can be negotiated if necessary.
It would be highly appreciated if you could arrive after 4pm on your first day and vacate the apartment before 11am on your last day.

Accommodation

The first apartment has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 standard single bed.
There is one bathroom with a shower unit.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, hob and microwave as well as standard appliances such as a coffee machine/toaster/kettle etc. Fridge, freezer and washing machine also fitted.
There is a large comfortable living room which also combines as the dining area. TV/Stereo fitted as standard.

The second apartment has one master bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There a sofa bed which can increase the capacity to 4 people.
The apartment has one kitchen which is again fully fitted with an oven and hob. It also has a fridge fitted.
The living room also doubles up as the dining area, similar to the first apartment.

 

Notes on accommodation
Both the apartments are joined by a slide-away door. If both apartments are booked, they can be combined (on request) to make one, single apartment with all the features from both. Both apartments are non-smoking. Very suitable for children. Pets negotiable.

Outside
There is a terrace outside the apartments so that you can relax whilst enjoying the sea view. There is one swimming pool (10 x 5m approx), private to the property. There is an outdoor shower as well as extra toilet facilities available. There is also a private bar which is a very unique feature to this property. This bar also has a large barbecue. Plenty of tables and chairs are available as well as outdoor sunbeds.

Coast/Beach
The closest beach is literally 5 minutes walk away. This beautiful, sandy beach is contained in a 10km long bay from L'Estartit to Pals. The length of the beach means that it is never as crowded as are some of the beaches back in the UK, even though it is a highly regarded area of coastline. The beaches of Tamariu, LaFranc, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera are within 15 minutes drive. It is possible to walk to Sa Riera - a beautiful village and beach, from the property.

Golf
The location of the property makes it extremely ideal for golfing holidays. There are 3 golf courses nearby, two of which are internationally famous.
Golf Platja De Pals which is a qualifying championship course - 10 minutes walk.
Golf Serres De Pals- 5 minutes drive.
Emporda Golf Club which is also a qualifying championship course and considered to be one of the best courses in Europe - 10 minutes drive.
Golf Clubs and Kit can be hired from the owner.

Special interest holidays
Divers are extremely welcome. Diving is done in association with Octopus Scuba School who offer you the opportunity to dive in one of the premier diving locations in the Mediterranean.

Travel
The nearest airport is Girona airport (commonly referred to by Ryanair as Barcelona-Girona). This is approximately 45 minutes away by car. Airport pickup is available, although car hire is recommended to fully enjoy the local area. Car hire is available at the airport.
A taxi service run by the owner is available.

Distances
There are many small, historic towns and villages in the area, many of which still have buildings dating back to the medieval period. Two of these towns are Pals (5 minutes drive) and Begur (8-10 minutes drive). All of the locals villages have restaurants of all tastes and prices as well as local shops. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a further one nearby. The city of Girona is 45 minutes away and the train to Barcelona/Madrid (from Flaca) is 30 minutes away.

Further details
There are many other facilities offered to you. Baby sitting is available in-house. Boat trips are available via the owner to any destination you choose. Bike hire is also available. Golf clubs are also available to hire from the owner. From horse riding in Begur, to scuba-diving around the Isles de Medes to sky-diving in Empuriabrava, there is a lot to do in the area. Just to name a few - go carting, a huge water park, boat trips, golf and tennis are all locally available. There is also a very large variety of bars and restaurants in the area.

Booking notes
Booking is secured by a 15% deposit. The remaining fee can be paid anytime up to 6 weeks in advance of your stay. Payment can be made by any means except by credit card. Bank Transfers are preferred.
