This apartment is situated in the heart of the 'Casc Antic' and overlooks the narrow streets and rooftops of a part of the town much unchanged by time. Torredembarra is ideally placed to visit Barcelona, 50 mins train [8.10 euros return]. The Roman Town of Tarragona is 15 mins and Port Aventura 20 mins. The town itself retains a busy provincial character with many bars, restaurants and shops catering for visitors and locals alike. The stunning beach stretching from the marina to the next village Creixell some 2.5km in all - the very best the Mediterranean has to offer! For those wanting to travel further afield the surrounding countryside’s timeless mountain ranges interspersed with sleepy Catalan villages, grand cistercian monasteries and fortress towns will reward the visitor with memories of another Spain that still co-exists alongside it's more modern counterpart. Classic motorcycle rentals/ tours of the region can be arranged.
