Notes on accommodation
Portable radiators. No smoking allowed in the villa.

Balcony, terrace, barbeque, private pool (depth 1.7 - 2 metres), washing line, parking, patio/garden furniture, covered shower, rooftop sun terrace. The pool is full and in operation from April to the end of October. For long term winter lets the pool can be left full by arrangement.

10 minutes walk down to Burriana beach with its many bars, shops and restaurants; 15 minutes back up.

Distances
20 minutes walk to Nerja town centre with its excellant choice of restaurants, bars, night clubs and shops to suit all tastes. On Tuesday mornings a visit to the bustling market is fun. Every evening a visit to the Balcon de Europa will provide a host of entertainment for all the family. The famous Cuevas de Nerja are a 5 minute drive away and further afield are the beautiful towns of Granada, Cordoba and Seville.
Booking notes
A 25% booking deposit is required, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. There is also a £300 refundable deposit to cover any damage or extra cleaning.
