The Atico Milans is the apartment located on the roof of a 4 storey building. It's a cosy little flat, fully equipped and air-conditioned with a big sunny terrace. The surface is 29 square meters. The street is pedestrian and located in the heart of the Old Town, the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona - downtown! For all your sightseeing you won't need public transport as most attractions are within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars will make self catering easy and fun. The building doesn't have an elevator, so walking up 5 flights of stairs is necessary in order to get home.

Barcelona airport 12km. Airport Shuttle bus from both terminal: runs every 10-15 mins, cost 4,5 Euro. Ride takes 35 mins. Train rides please enquire with our greeter. Taxi takes 15 to 20 minutes and costs between 25 and 30 euros.

Distance to Reus Airport (Ryanair) is 90km.
Ryanair has bus shuttle service to 'Barcelona Estacion de Nord' bus terminal.

Booking notes
To secure a booking we require a down payment of 70% of the total cost, payable by transfer or credit card, installments possible. The remaining 30% is due in cash or by credit card when we hand over the key of the apartment, together with a fully refundable damage deposit of 100 euros.
