Torre Laia is a vacation house on the top of a hill in the outskirts of Canet de Mar. Located 45 kilometers north from Barcelona, at 500 meters from the beach at 2 kilometers from the railway station, this location offers an ideal scenario to spend some holidays enjoying the beach, the pool, the sun and good weather. - Children playground (swings and a slide).
- A second, smaller, terrace, with views on the sea.
The pool and garden are shared with a couple that uses the other wing of the building (the owner's sister and her husband).

One of the best sand beach of our area is 500 mts. Costa Brava starts 12 km away from our location.

Golf Sant Vicenç de Montalt is 9 km away, 14 min.
Club de Golf de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is 11 km away, 16 min.
Centre de Golf de Sant Cebria is 7 km away, 11 min.
Travel
From Barcelona there is a 30 minutes drive on the C-32 highway:
Barcelona Airport is 60 km away.
Barcelona Nord - Girona Airport is 49 km away.
Distances
The easiest way to get there is, of course, on a private car:
- From Barcelona there is a 30 minutes drive on the C-32 highway.
- From the Girona - Costa Brava airport, the house can be reached by car in 35 minutes.
- If you come driving from Europe, the town is at one hour driving distance from the French border.
