We have 2 guest bedrooms. The Granada bedroom is a double with en-suite bathroom and the Cordoba bedroom is a twin with shared shower room. Continental breakfast is included. All rooms are non-smoking. Our attractive roof terrace has sun loungers, comfy chairs and a table. Within our gated community is a communal pool (open June - September), gardens, paddle tennis and free parking. We are based only a short walk from Conil town centre where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Approx 15 mins walk to fantastic sandy beaches.

Notes on prices
Prices quoted are for the Granada bedroom per night in euros. For the Cordoba bedroom deduct 10 euros per night. Discounts offered for stays of 6 nights or more. Prices include Continental breakfast. Payment can also be made in Sterling.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals from 3pm and departures by 10:30am, but we are flexible.
Notes on accommodation
Continental breakfast is included. Quality towels (not beach or pool) and linen supplied. Suits couples and families alike. Ideal location to spend a few days at the end of a touring holiday.
Outside
We have an attractive roof terrace with 2 sun loungers, comfy chairs, a table and ample cushions for relaxing. Within the walled communal gardens are a large communal outdoor swimming pool (open June - September) and a paddle tennis court (bring your own racquet's), free to guests. Free parking inside our gated community.
Coast/Beach
We are approx 15 mins walk from nearest sandy beaches. Both have been awarded the European Blue Flag and Spanish 'Q' award for tourism. Lifeguards patrol these beaches between June - September, so are suitable for families. Further along the coast is El Palmar beach, renowned for surfing. Wind surfing, kite surfing and horse riding along the beaches is available during off peak months.
Golf
Superb 18 hole golf courses are available at Novo Sancti Petri and Montenmedio, both approx 25 mins drive away.
Travel
Nearest airport is Jerez approx 45 mins drive away. Further afield are Gibraltar - 1 hour 20 mins drive, Seville - 1 hour 45 mins drive or Malaga - 2 hrs 30 mins drive. A car is not essential in Conil.

Historic cities of Cadiz - 30 mins drive or Jerez - 45 mins drive
Cape Trafalgar (site of Lord Nelson's famous battle) - 20 mins drive. Canos de Meca (large forested area along the coast - good for walking and bird watching) - 25 mins drive. Vejer de la Frontera (ancient artisan hill top town) - 20 mins drive. Tangiers, Morocco by ferry from Tarifa - 45 mins drive.

Conil is a large seaside town with a full range of shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance.

Non-refundable deposit of 75 euros or the equivalent in UK sterling required to confirm booking. Deposit accepted in euros or sterling. Remaining balance is due in euros upon arrival.
