This superb villa is fully furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring and solid oak furniture throughout. Relax in the living room which boasts high vaulted ceilings. If you fancy a game of golf we have provided a set of golf clubs for your use during your stay. Changeover day
Variable depending on availability and requirements. Guests must vacant by 10am and not arrive before 3pm to allow cleaning and changeover.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating and air conditioning to all rooms. The villa is strictly no smoking and no pets allowed. Telephone provided for incoming calls only, but free outgoing calls to other polaris world telecoms network.
Accessibility
The villa is not specifically designed for wheelchair users, but the villa is all on one level with only small steps. The doorways are wide enough for wheelchair access.
Outside
Private pool (21x12ft) for sole use for villa guests only. 4 communal pools in the resort itself. Patio area for sunbathing and outdoor seating area with BBQ. Dining table and chairs under gazebo for alfresco dining. Views of golf course.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Mar Menor is only 20 minute drive away.
San Pedro de Pinatar beach is 20 minutes away and has a free inland sea sulphur bath. Very therapeutic and relaxing. San Javier is only 15 minutes drive away and has lots of cafes and bars. Los Alcazares is only 20 minutes drive away and has lots of unspoilt sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants.
Golf
Overlooking the 12th green and 13th Tees. The villa is only a short walk to the clubhouse, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Discount of up to 50% applies to all residents and guests who play on Polaris World Golf courses. Currently El Valle, Mar Menor, Hacienda Requelme and La Torre. Free courtesy shuttle bus will take you to these resorts. Information pack in the villa will provide you with times, telephone numbers and addresses to all nearby golf courses. Golf can be booked in advance.
Skiing
Skiing is available in the Grenada mountain range which is approx 2 hours drive away.
Special interest holidays
The villa is ideally situated for golfers wishing to take advantage of playing golf in the region.
Travel
San Javier Airport 20km / 15 mins drive. Alicante Airport 70km / 50 mins drive. Car hire is essential and strongly recommended. Easily booked the at airport you are flying into.
Distances
The beautiful Murcia City Centre is only 20 minutes drive away and boasts shops restaurants and cafes. The store El Cortes Ingles can be found here. The local towns of Roldan, Balsicas, Los Alcazares and San Javier and only a short drive away to sample the Spanish culture and way of life.
Further details
The surrounding area is full of shopping centres only a short drive away. There are bowling allies, cinema and play areas in keep children occupied. Only 15 minutes drive into the mountains of El Valle, there are walks, outdoor BBQ, horse-riding, archery and many more outdoor pursuits for the children. On-site gymnasium free of charge for residents and guests. There is also 2 tennis courts available on site.We have tennis racquets at the villa.

£250 deposit secures booking. Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival and £250 refundable security deposit.
