The house has heating and air-conditioning. There are 2 swimming pools on the complex, and Cabopino Golf is next door to the complex. There are beautiful, well maintained communal gardens as well as a private , grassed front garden and tiled terrace at the back of the house.

House overlooks Cabopino golf course. There are over 33 golf courses on the Costa Del Sol.

Malaga airport is just 30 minute drive.Airport transfers can be arranged for you.
Distances
Marbella is just 15 minutes drive. The famous Puerto Banus is 20 minute drive. Car recommended.
