We are able to accept most major credit cards. April 2011 until June 2011 stay for up to ten nights for the price of £299 per apartment. During the same period stay for four weeks total charge £699.00. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts are also available for long term winter lets Tel 01509 673025 or 08454293014. Prices include cleaning, linen and towels, use of pool and parking for one car. Welcome packs can be organised for a small additional charge.
Changeover day
We provide flexible changeover days in order for our guests to take advantage of the lower cost flights. The apartment being accessible from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

The beautiful beach is within 5 minutes walkable distance (on the flat). In the summer a beach bar is available which serves snacks and all year round a restaurant is situated beside the beach serving a full range of food to suit all tastes.

Special interest holidays
The location of our apartment is good for guests who are interested in walking especially to the beach, golf, cycling, shopping, boat trips including being able to take the ferry across to Ibiza.
Travel
This apartment can be accessed by using either Alicante or Valencia Airport either airport is approximately an hour and a quarter driving distance.
Public transport can be used from the airport. We are flexible on arrival days which assists when seeking the cheaper flights. Currently we offer our guests the opportunity during April, May and June of staying up to 10 nights for the price of 7 and recommend using flighchecker to find the cheaper flight deals.
Distances
Javea, Moraira and Calpe are within a short driving distance of this apartment. Train and bus links are good and Benidorm can also be accessed by using public transport. It is possible to visit Ibiza using the regular ferry service.
Further details
Denia has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks and a regular evening market selling a range of unusual jewellery and clothes amongst other items. From Denia it is possible to travel by car or public transport to places of interest. For those wishing to go to Benidorm a large weekly market is held on Wednesdays and Sundays and the beach and numerous restaurants are well worth visiting.

We are able to accept most major credit cards through pay pal.
A non returnable 25% deposit is required at time of booking balance due 10 weeks before arrival date. A £150 Refundable breakages/damages deposit, returned within 14 days providing, the keys have been returned and no damage/losses have occurred.
