About the owner
Hello, Our names are Peter and Lyn. We live in Middlesex. We bought this apartment in 2009 after looking around the area. We fell in love with the spectacular views from the solarium and the complex pool areas. My family enjoys short breaks and summer holidays and Torrevieja has lots to offer. The apartment is situated just outside Torrevieja town although just down the road there is a commercial centre with shops, restaurants and the Famous Lounge Bar - this is a pub/club that caters for all the family and children are allowed in for the live shows (with parents). We have a daughter, two sons and three grandchildren who also love to holiday here and find plenty to do including going to the water park nearby. Hope you enjoy our holiday home as much as we do.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this property after looking around the Torrevieja Area. There are spectacular views from the solarium of Torrevieja town and the Famous Salt Lakes. There is plenty to do close by and the complex is beautifully set out with two fantastic pools with decking areas, pagodas, showers, grassed areas and life guards in peak season.

2 Minute walk to Supermarkets, A large 'Chino Bazaar' that sells everything. Restaurants, Chinese, Indian, Spanish cafes, German bakery. Live entertainment in the famous Lounge Bar.
