This delightful apartment is located on the first floor of a modern development, with well equipped lounge/diner and kitchen. The apartment overlooks fields and hills and the balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The large roof terrace is ideal for all day sunbathing and out door dining. On site communal facilities include a swimming pool and picnic area.

| Bathrooms: | The bathroom comprises of a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit, shaver point and vanity mirror. A hair dryer has been provided for your convenience. Towels are provided. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equiped with single oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen linen is provided. To the rear of the kitchen is a balcony with washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a large sofa, coffee table with lamp and wall unit. TV with video recorder and CD player. In the dining area there is a table with seating and place settings for 4 people. Ceiling fan and air conditioning unit. |

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
2 sets of bed linen and towels are provided for rentals in excess of 1 week. These are for use within the apartment only so please bring your own beach towels. The property is cleaned and linen changed on handover/takeover. |

Outside
There is plenty of room on the 40 sq.m roof solarium for sunbathing and dining. There is a patio set with dining facilities for 4 people, parasol, 2 sun loungers and 2 reclining chairs. There is ample on street parking to the front of the property or behind the electric gate near the swimming pool.
There is a large shared pool with picnic area.
Coast/Beach
Costa Blanca is renowned for its exceptional weather. Long hours of sunshine and warm climate make it the perfect place to holiday at any time of the year. Guardamar del Segura is located in a natural microclimate with 14km of blue flag sandy beach on the mediterranean coast. It boasts not only one of the best beaches in Spain but is also a place of natural beauty with 800 hectares of pine forest and parkland. The area is a protected conservation area and has an abudance of wildlife.
Golf
There are five golf courses within a 22km radius of Guardamar, these are all 18 hole par 72 courses. La Marquesa in Cuidad Quesada, La Finca in Algorfa, Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campoamar courses all located near Villamartin.
Travel
Alicante airport is located 20 miles away and Murcia (San Javier) 35 miles away.
There is a local bus station with regular services to nearby towns and places of interest including Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia. Taxi services are available locally.

The property is located just 20 minutes walk from the town centre of Guardamar. Torrevieja is about a 12km drive.
Further details
In Guardamar there are many things to do and see as well as local places of historic interest.There are shops and boutiques and a weekly market. During the summer months there is a night market which runs from the town centre to the beach where you can purchase local craft items. There are 2 parks located in the centre of Guradamar, Parqe de Alfonso and Reina Sofia, the latter having lovely gardens , lake, waterfalls as well as a great play area for children. In August it also holds free open air concerts and cinema. You will find all kinds of international cuisine with many bars and coffee shops along the promenade and in the town centre.
In the town centre, as well as many shops you will find the post office, banks, chemists, tourist information, internet cafes and even a sports centre with swimming pools, tennis courts and sports hall. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The location at the mouth of the river Segura, make Guardamar an excellent place for those who enjoy fishing. It has a marina with about 500 moorings, boat hire and jet ski hire. Local facilities include bike hire and horse riding.
