Prices are all-inclusive for the apartment per week in UK pounds.
I am always happy to hold the apartment for 24 hours so that flights can be booked. Please ask for June and late July offers.

Changeover day
Flexible, depending on bookings! Apartment is normally prepared by 2pm but guests should vacate by 10 am on day of departure.

There are 2 main terraces and a further very private terrace off the 2nd bedroom. The terraces are furnished and provide panoramic views over the golf course and towards the coast. Private access to 2 sizeable pools, one very close by, are reserved for exclusive use of residents. Car parking is provided in an underground parking space. A lift carries you to the apartment door.
The apartment offers high general level of security as well as secure parking.
There is additional street level parking within the premises. The apartment has an alarm security system installed.

Coast/Beach
The best beaches in the area are only 5 minutes drive away.

Travel
Malaga airport is 35km.
Car hire is recommended.

Distances
The apartment is well situated to explore white villages of Andalucia and the famous historic town of Ronda, perched on a high plateau (2500 ft above sea level) are within easy driving distance. Seville, Granada and Gibraltar can all be reached within 2/3 hours.
In addition other popular locations such as Puerto Banus, Benahavis and Mijas lie within easy reach.

Further details
There are fishing and yachting marinas close by with excellent fish and meat restaurants. The Marbella area has world class facilities, restaurants, shops, sporting facilities, many golf courses and sporting facilities and clubs. Generally there is excellent dining and shopping to suit all tastes and budgets.

Booking notes
25% is payable on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition a refundable deposit of £100 is payable with the balance to cover damage / breakages.

Aug 2006 - Elviria was perfect and everything about the apartment was gorgeous. The pool was always quiet - often just the two of us! We would love to come back and stay at the same apartment- again. We will contact you next year.
