One bedroom apartment with two single beds plus a bed-sofa in the salon. It is located in the heart of Gothic area, the most central and ideal place for visiting Barcelona. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walking distance to Liceo Opera house, Boqueria market, Cathedral, Plaza Real, Palau de la Música, Colon, the Port, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia, La Pedrera,.... Also Barcelona beaches at only 15 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very well communicated by public transport with a metro station (Liceu) only at 1 minute distance. There is a beautiful 'solarium' in top part of the building where you can take your breakfast, relax drinking a glass of wine after an exciting day of sightseeing or just do sunbathe.

Late arrival fee (arrivals later than 21:00): 30 euros

Flexible changeover day.
Arrival: from 11:00 am to 01:00 am. Late arrival fee of 30 euros for arrivals later than 21:00.
Departure: up to 11:00 am. Late departure fee of 7 euros/hour from 11:00 am upon availability. I can be flexible upon availability.

About the owner
Hello, I am a 35 years old guy from Barcelona who love to travel and host people from all over the world. I am economist and I worked in the finance and later in real state sector. I have travelled quite a bit around Europe, Middle East and North America. In 2002 I bought one apartment to let to foreign people. It is a profitable business and at the same time it is nice and interesting way to meet new people. I know it is a responsibility and I feel comfortable with that.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
I bought this apartment in 2006. This apartment faces straight to Las Ramblas and has a nice balcony where you can spend long time just looking at the people who walk around. When I made the renovations of the apartment I installed a great double glass glasses in the balcony so when you close the balcony doors you don't hear any kind of noise, it is amazing! Las Ramblas is the most famous and lovely area of Barcelona and having an apartment facing to this avenue is a plus.

Unique benefits of the property
Staying in this apartment is staying right in the main center of Barcelona, in the most famous avenue. Similar to staying in the 5th Avenue of New York, or Piccadilly Circus in London or Champs Elysees of Paris.
