Changeover day
Flexible. Where possible access to and departure from the apartment can be arranged to fit in with your flight times however this will depend on whether it has been occupied immediately before your arrival or immediately after your departure.

There are three ceiling fans. 2 freestanding radiators in lobby cupboard. The property is suitable for couples and is non smoking.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, the apartment does not have suitable disabled access.
Outside
Buganvilla pool is shared only by the residents, it has a large terrace and grass area. You also have access to the nearby cascading pool for which a key is provided. There is a a small terrace at the front of the apartment with table and chairs. At the rear of the property there is a drying area and room to sit. There is a sun lounger and chairs. Communal gardens.
Coast/Beach
The area offers a beautiful coastline with beaches to suit all needs including safe swimming, windsurfing and jet skis. The nearest sandy beach is 6km.
Golf
There are 3 golf courses in the area including the 18 hole La Sella course which is only 10 minutes drive.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports, 1 hour.
Murcia, 2 hours.

Further details
Within walking distance of the apartment there is a mini-market selling fresh bread and basic provisions, a pharmacy bar/bistro and Internet access. The nearest supermarket is only 2km away in La Xara along with a newsagent, bakery, cashpoint.
Denia offers a variety of shops and banks. There is a good indoor and outdoor market selling excellent fish, meat and vegetables.
Denia is very cosmopolitan and attracts many visitors especially at fiesta times. It also offers a castle, a marina with bars and cafes and an abundance of excellent restaurants.
It is also an excellent base from which to explore the region. Ideal for cycling and walking.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit is required on booking, balance payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. A £75 refundable deposit is also required to cover any damage or breakages which will be returned when the apartment is checked following your departure.
