The villa and apartment are at the rear of the plot and have their own gated entrance and driveway. The pool 12 x 4, is at the front and solar heated. This is a swimmers pool 1m deep at the shallow end and not suitable for young swimmers unless supervised. The apartment is furnished and fitted to a high standard. The kitchen, bathroom walls and floors are tiled and have catalan design doors. French doors at the front of the apartment open onto a covered tiled terrace with a patio table, chairs and a wonderful view across the bay. Doors at the rear of the apartment open onto a tiled patio area with a charcoal barbecue.

Notes on prices
The apartment prices are based on letting for two week periods.
The dates above are the two week blocks the apartment is let for.
It may be available for single weeks with a surcharge.
The apartment is also available for out of season lets. November - March £200 per week(no pool). April £300pw (no pool) May and October £375 pw , pool in use.
Changeover day
Saturdays. As shown above in rental period dates.
