Our ground floor apartment is fully equipped for your family holiday, or for a quiet relaxing time in the sun, and is air conditioned, providing both cooling and heating. Additional fans and heaters are also available. You can relax around the swimming pool or just sit in the garden. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the Salt Lake, famous for it's therapeutic properties. There is a small shop and bar within 2 minutes walk and 2 large supermarkets within walking distance, one offering a home delivery service. All tastes are catered for with bars and restaurants nearby offering cuisine from all over the world. There are plenty of local amenities all within walking distance including Las Habaneras Shopping Centre, a cinema, indoor 10-pin bowling, banks and a water park (open in summer only). The local bus stops at the end of the street and a 10 minute ride takes you to the centre of Torrevieja. A short car ride takes you to glorious sandy beaches, golf courses and beautiful landscapes.

Notes on prices
Charges are per night (minimum charge of 3 nights) and can start and finish on any day. 1 night is free for bookings of 14 nights or more. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a £100 security deposit which will be returned within 2 weeks of vacating the property. Prices are inclusive of cleaning charges for bookings of 7 nights or more, otherwise a charge of 50 euros is payable locally. Payments by cheque or PayPal.
Changeover day
The changeover day is totally flexible to suit your requirements and bookings can be taken for any period.

| Living Rooms: | Large open plan living/dining area with double sofa bed and 2 armchairs and a pine dining table and chairs. TV with DVD player, CD/cassette player, a supply of books, DVDs and games for all the family and local information helps you to plan your holiday. |
| Other: | The apartment is fitted with a burglar alarm and security grilles and has a small safe. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
A good supply of towels and bed linen is provided. The cleaning charge is included in the rental price for bookings of 7 nights or more. Beach towels are not provided. |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey building, and has 5 steps up from the garden to the front door. Internally all rooms are on the same level.
Outside
The private front garden is paved and planted with Mediterranean plants. There is a covered balcony where you can sit and enjoy a nice bottle of wine. To the rear of the building is an area of landscaped gardens with a large swimming pool and a paddling pool for toddlers, a petanque pit and tables and chairs all set within secure gates. The pool is shared with the other residents but you will often have it all to yourself. Parking is available in front of the property.
Coast/Beach
The whole coast of Costa Blanca is littered with stunning beaches. A 30 minute walk along a paved cycleway takes you to beaches in Torrevieja. A 15 minute drive takes you to the sand dunes at Guardamar and stunning beaches at La Marina, La Matta, La Zenia and Campoamor, or the beautiful bays of Cabo Roig and Cala Capitan. Most beaches have cafes and sports and climbing equipment for children.
Golf
There are a number of championship quality golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive of the apartment, with the closest being Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Quesada and Campoamor. Less than an hour's drive will take you to La Manga, La Finca, courses around the Mar Menor and inland to Murcia, and many more.
Special interest holidays
The areas surrounding our apartment and the adjacent salt lakes are part of a large nature reserve well known for its wildlife in particular a wide variety of birds. We have had a number of guests renting our apartment particularly to spend their time bird-watching.
Travel
Alicante airport is 40 minutes to the north and Murcia airport a similar distance to the south. Both have excellent car hire facilities which can be booked in the UK. Alternatively we can arrange airport transfers which are paid locally. A car is not essential as there is a bus stop at the end of the street and all amenities and shops are within walking distance, but it is recommended if all that this wonderful area has to offer is to be fully appreciated.
Distances
Torrevieja is one and a half hours drive south of Benidorm.
Further details
Torrevieja is a Spanish resort full of bars and restaurants with a lovely promenade which is lined each evening with market stalls. There is a large marina and boat trips run regularly to the island of Tabarca. A large market is held in Torrevieja each Friday and daily at other towns up and down the coast.
