Barbados 7 is a luxurious 2 bedroom Spanish villa on the Hacienda Del Alamo complex in the Murcia region of Spain.
Visit our website (see link below) for full details of the villa, which is in a peaceful setting with panoramic views, situated by an Italian Garden on the western side of the Hacienda Del Alamo resort. The villa is just a few steps from a large swimming pool shared by the 14 villas in this exclusive community.

The owners wish to restrict rental to adults only. No children under 16 please.
Accessibility
The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users, with a small number of steps near the entrance, and the ground floor on two levels.
Outside
The outside area of the villa is a large individually designed patio and landscaped garden including shrubs, lemon and orange trees and flowering plants. The garden can be accessed from the kitchen, the patio doors and from the main entrance.
There is a large garden table with 6 seats, which is great for sitting out on lovely warm evenings, eating and relaxing.
In the corner of the patio is a traditional charcoal BBQ, with plenty of space for cooking outdoors.
The large swimming pool is shared by the 14 villas surrounding the communal patio. It is not heated but is a lovely temperature during summer months, and is only a stones throw from the villa.
The villa has a number of sunbeds, so there is plenty of scope for sunbathing on the patio or around the pool area.
Coast/Beach
If you like the beach, Mazarron is the place for you. Located 20 miles (40 mins) away to the south west of HDA, Mazarron is a town with a marina and long sandy beaches which shelve gently into warm Mediterranean waters. In high season, the beaches are very busy with thousands of holiday makers.
Golf
The fantastic Hacienda Del Alamo golf complex offers something for all abilities, from a two tier driving range, chipping and putting practise greens, an excellent 6 hole par 21 Academy Course, to the 18 hole championship course measuring 7500 yards from the back tees. Many other quality courses are available within a 1hr drive.
Add to that the newly opened magnificent three storey clubhouse, to include bars and restaurant, pro-shop, sun terrace and underground buggy car park.
Skiing
For those wanting snow, the Sierra Nevada is a 3hr drive to the west. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada has 87 kms of runs from a peak of 3400m, and offers a wide range of facilities and a ski terrain to suit skiers and boarders of all standards.
Travel
There are two airports close to Hacienda Del Alamo, Murcia (40mins) and Alicante (60mins). Several low cost airlines including FlyBe, Ryanair, EasyJet, Monarch, Jet2 and BMI Baby operate flights from the UK to Murcia and Alicante.
Flight times are typically 2hrs 45mins. Murcia Airport is a smaller airport, with short walks, and close access to and from the terminal to car parks. Alicante offers more choice of flights.
Distances
The Hacienda del Alamo resort is 2 kms outside Fuente Alamo, in the region of Murcia. The name Murcia is also that of the region’s capital city, which is Spain’s 11th largest.
Hacienda Del Alamo is located about 30 miles (40 mins) south of Murcia city, and 20 miles (30 mins) north west of Cartagena, a large bustling town on the coast of the Mediterranean, with a wealth of history dating back to 3rd century and Hannibal.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required within 5 days to confirm booking.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to start date.
As both are non-refundable, private insurance is strongly recommended. At same time as balance is paid a deposit of £150 is due from which the cost of any damage, breakages, losses, etc will be deducted and repaid within 14 days of end of stay. Payment is by cheque, cash, or Paypal only, sorry no credit/debit cards.

The air conditioned accommodation is comfortable and well appointed, and the secluded garden is perfect for soaking up the glorious sunshine. Quietly situated in an up-market development, the accommodation is very well equipped. The attractive terrace is ideal for out-door eating and relaxing and gives direct access to the spacious pool area. Golfers will enjoy the excellent, uncrowded golf course, club house and driving range - John Pearson
