The property is south facing with a part closed and part open terrace making relaxing on the terrace a real pleasure at anytime of the year. The lounge/diner consists of 2 comfortable sofas coffee table with sat TV (30 English & Scandinavian channels) Hi-Fi, reading light. It has under floor heating and hot/ cold air conditioning. Large dining table and chairs leading to open plan fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven /hob. The utility room has washing machine & dryer. The colourful gardens are beautifully maintained and the 2 pools enjoy a really private location. The main pool is approx 20 m x 8 with an adjoining paddling pool for toddlers there are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy a relaxing time on the surrounding lawned garden. The apartment has a secure underground parking bay with lift access to apartment.

Accessibility
The whole complex is designed with wheelchair access ramps are provided in communal areas, no steps, lift access to all areas. Albir centre is very flat with every pavement with drop curbs.
Outside
Shared pool is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens and lawns size of pool is 20x 8m with a smaller paddling pool for youngsters alongside. Loungers are provided to sun bathe in spacious garden.
Coast/Beach
Albir is a long mainly pebble beach with sandy areas.Coves nearby are great for snorkling/diving.Plenty of activities,windsurfing,water ski-ing. Outdoor library with English/ Spanish press free.There is a local diving school!For those who need 100% action,beach loungers with shade available for a small cost allow you to catch up with the latest Grisham novel!
Golf
Altea 5 kms picturesque 9 hole hillside course, Benidorm 2 18 hole courses, 1 championship level 10kms, Albir driving range 50 metres away! Water ski-ing, beach volley ball, canoeing and mini golf. Water parks, theme parks short 10 minute drive. Fonts de Algar natural water park only 20 minutes away only 4€!
Travel
Alicante airport 40-45 min drive. Valencia airport 1hr 40 min drive. Albir is compact and unless you want to explore a car is not required. Everything is within walking distance.
Distances
Altea beautiful fishing /artistic village 5km. Benidorm theme parks, beaches, nightlife 10klm No10 bus 1.30€ and runs every 10-15min in summer. Guadalest charming mountain village 15km. Jalon vineyards and almond orchards 25km.
Further details
Shops, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and coffee bars only 50 metres away. Excellent beach front cocktail bars and cosy restuarants make the evening paseo a delight. Ask anyone who knows Albir!
Booking notes
40% deposit on booking. The remainder 8 weeks prior to holiday. A bond of 200€ or £200 to be paid on arrival. This is repaid on departure. Minor breakages are accepted of course plates, glassware etc. There is a small charge of 40€ for end cleaning.
