Villa El Pinar offers flexible ‘all year round’ bookings. Guests can choose to book Room, Bed & Breakfast, or hire the entire villa on a self-catering basis. Airport transfers available. The villa has a large walk-round terrace overlooking the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and private gardens. There is a drive-way for parking to the side of the villa and outside dining terrace, perfect for eating the Mediterranean way. Family-run, Villa El Pinar is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The main reception offers a comfortable, bright, open-plan air-conditioned lounge and dining area. Open log fire in lounge for winter nights and satellite TV, has a well equipped kitchen and each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Bathroom towels provided,. All rooms have a ceiling fan, and tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge.
A collection of games to keep children occupied in the evenings.
Outside
The villa has a large walk-round terrace overlooking the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and gardens. Whilst enjoying the pool guest can make use of the BBQ, sun loungers, parasols and swinging chair and soak up the Mediterranean sun.
There is a drive-way for parking to the side of the villa and an outside dining terrace, perfect for eating the Mediterranean way.
Coast/Beach
Beaches within 5 miles / approx 10 mins drive, all being very tranquil in this region: Mar Menor with lots of bars and restaurants etc, La Torre with a gorgeous beach and harbour also with many restaurants and bars.

The following airlines operate regular weekly flights to Murcia (20mins) and Alicante (50mins) airports,we can offer airport transfers,and have a 7seater car on site that can be hired on a daily or weekly rate,booster seats and baby seats available.We can also recommend local car hire which can be cheaper if booked in advance.

6-8 restaurants in our small village of Pinar de Campoverde, 2 x coffee shops, 2 x Chinese restaurants, 2 x supermarkets, one called gama at the bottom of the village, selling all English products one called Kwik Save, top of village, doctors, small Sunday market, communal pool and tennis courts with football courts has well call the poliportivio at the bottom of the village highly recommended, for children. Bakery, internet café, Indian restaurant and karaoke bars all in walking distance.

About the owner
My wife and myself have been coming to the village for around 5 years, we both love the slow relax way of life and the mix of Spanish, English and German people. Two years ago we bought the guest house which we now run as a family, our daughter goes to the local school and helps around the grounds. We live on site, but separate from what we call the big house, so are available if needed for any queries, and can also help with recommendations of this great area in which we live.

Unique benefits of the property
We are located about a 2 min walk away from the village which allows guest to have the best of both worlds the peace in the day and then a small walk for the night life the village offers during the seasons many bars having entertainment. The grounds are very private and not over looked, we just love the cooler months when you have the sun during the day, then coming back to the villa at night and lighting the log fire, a glass of wine, cant be beaten.
