This apartment is located on the first floor in a car free street close to the famous Jewish quarter Barrio Santa Cruz, and Alfalfa (about 5 minutes walk). It is also close to restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, local shops. banks and buses. The building has been restored recently (2005). There are two small balconies. Public garage about 7 minutes walk. It has one bedroom with a double bed (150cm) and living room with sofa bed for two persons (130cm), and a dining table for four persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with shower.

Notes on prices
Discount on the above prices in December and January. Prices are for the property per night in Euros. Minimum stay 3 nights. For rentals over one week there will be a discount. For longer stays there will be a different price, depending on how long and the season. During the Holy Week and the April Fair the price is higher.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. The standard check in time is after 13.00 and check out is at 11.00, but this could be flexible if arranged in advance and depending on other bookings.

Booking notes
Minimum stay 3 nights. Normally a deposit of about 25-50 % of the total price has to be done to guarantee the booking. We also collect a 100 euro damage deposit upon arrival in case of major damage to the apartment. This is held during your stay and returned on the day of check out.
