Changeover day
Changeover days will be arranged to suit where possible. Arrival time 14:00, departure 10:00, though we will adjust where we can.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Large master bedroom with king size bed.
Smaller 2nd bedroom with two single beds (makes one double).
Living room has double sofa bed.
Bathrooms: Marble tiled shower room with walk-in shower unit, wc, bidet.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
Living Rooms: Living/dining room with 6-seat dining table, 3 piece-suite including double sofa bed, TV, DVD, Satellite receiver. French windows to balcony with views to Sea, Marina and the Montgo (mountain).
Other: Main bedroom and living/dining room have French windows opening onto balcony. Spacious entrance area with hat/coat rack. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels included. Linen changed weekly. Change of towels supplied. Maid service available (additional charge of 10 euros per hour, min 2 hours).

Notes on accommodation
Cot and high chair available for hire at additional cost.
Close proximity of safe, clean beach is particularly suitable for children.
Air-conditioning is also heating system.

Accessibility
Wheelchair access is possible depending on width of wheelchair. Lift door width is 70cm. Bathroom door width is 60cm. Otherwise, no large steps and area is wheelchair friendly, including beach which has Red Cross attendants and cordoned-off areas for disabled bathers with trained helpers.

Outside
Balcony has table and chairs with very pleasant views to Marina, Denia and the Montgo.

Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is 50 metres from apartment. This is Marineta Cassiana, a safe, sandy beach with beach bar the season. Further south to Las Rotes are more sandy beaches but also rocky and pebble beaches ideal for snorkelling and diving. Denia has over 22km of clean, safe, beaches, so there is plenty of opportunity for exploring

Golf
Two world class courses within 5-10 km (Oliva Nova and La Sella Marriott Hotel). Further details on request.

Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are just over one hour's drive away. A car is not essential as all amenities (beach, marina, bars/restaurants, shops, central Denia) are all within a 7 minute walk. However, for sightseeing out of the immediate vicinity, hiring a car for eg. part of your stay is an option, though by no means a necessity.

Distances
Denia Railway Station (and central Denia itself) is a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. Trains to nearby towns and villages (e.g. Calpe, Altea, Benidorm) are frequent. Journey time to Benidorm is around 1 hour by train.
Car hire is cheap and easy to arrange.

Further details
Denia has many small, individual shops which offer one-off designer pieces as well as most European quality labels. A shoe-lover's paradise, the range of shops is quite outstanding. There are many supermarkets, banks, hair salons, beauticians etc in the town and a supermarket, patisserie, bars, restaurants etc within a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Club Nautico (Denia Yacht Club) is directly opposite the road to the apartment, and has many facilities: covered and outdoor swimming pools, gym, boat school, bar and restaurant, children's playground, and entrance is free (there is of course a charge for use of the pool, gym etc). There is also a new shopping mall just outside Denia (15 minute drive) with excellent shopping, bowling alley, multi-screen cinema (some English-language films) and more restaurants.
