A luxury apartment with all the comforts of home. This stunning apartment has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is furnished to a very high standard. A modern airconditioning/heating system is installed. We have Sky television installed and also a DVD player and a music system. There is a leather suite in the lounge and also a dining table and chairs. On the large balcony there is a table with 4 chairs and settee. There is also a swimming pool area with plenty of room to relax with sunbeds. There is also a barbecue area for those evenings you want to stay in. Please note our changeover day is a Sunday.

Outside
The private pool area is only for guests and owners. Sun loungers are supplied and also barbeque facilities for those that wish to use them.
Coast/Beach
There is a choice of two beaches either side of the marina both of which are within 5 mins walk. All normal facilities are on beach including many beach bars, watersports etc.
Travel
The nearest airport would be Malaga which is approx 15 minutes by taxi. You will find plenty of taxis at airport and it is not necessary for car hire as there are plenty of facilities around marina.
Distances
Malaga 20mins by car. Torremolinos 10mins by car. Marbella 30 mins by car.
Further details
There is a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away and also many very nice quality restaurants including Italian, Spanish, American, Chinese. Lots of different bars and cocktail loungers are situated at the marina.
