You will find beautiful sands and an excellent Mediterranean Chiringuito (Beach Restaurant and Bar). Duquesa Port is just a 3 minute drive, with international restaurants, Cafes and Bars, all facing the marina. All types of water activities are available there. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine and full equipment for self catering, kettle, toaster, iron, etc. The swimming pool is next to the apartments, so you can keep your family in view, or call them up for lunch on the sunny terrace, enjoying Mediterranean views. Prepare for intense golf on various courses, dine out in Duquesa Port. Take rides to Gibraltar, Manilva, Casares and other typical Spanish towns.

Coast/Beach
The Beach is only 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.
Manilva beaches are very wide. At least 70 meters of sandy beach before reaching the clear waters. The beach extends uninterrupted for over 12 km to both sides.
Golf
There are plenty of golf courses near to the development. The closest one is Duquesa Golf Club which is only a 3 mins drive. Sotogrande courses are only 10-15 minutes away, including the World-Class Famous Valderrama Golf Course.
Travel
Malaga Airport, approx 100km car hire recommended.

Duquesa Port 3km, Sabinillas 4.5km, Estepona 17km, Sotogrande 12km, Puerto Banus 25km, Marbella 30km, Gibraltar 30km, Valderama 25km.
Booking notes
Email or call for availability. Bookings are flexible choose between 3 days and 2 weeks, if longer no problem. A 20% deposit will be taken on confirmation of booking (non refundable) by bank transfer or cheque. Full payment will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 security deposit is required to cover any breakages/damages, this will be refunded after holiday completion. A €40 cleaning charge and €10 (per person) laundry charge, is payable on arrival at the apartment.

Hi my name is John my wifes name is Mary, we are the proud owners of this apartment in manilva beach resort Duquesa. It is a very beautiful place to take a safe and relaxing holiday, people that go their really love it. We bought the apartment two years ago when it was new, we have since then put in a beautiful furniture package and have added our own little finishing touches. We are very proud of our apartment. that is why we make sure everything in it, is top quality, we try to make sure all our holiday guest's are taken very good care of. Our property manager Mr Chris O' Brien is always on hand for any problems that might occur. To all our holiday client's we wish you a very good holiday.
