Highly suitable for family of four or golfers who want self catering accommodation not part of a holiday or tourist complex.

Accessibility
The apartment can be accessed by lift and there are no stairs to negotiate once on the second floor or within the apartment.

Outside
Modula 21 has security gates and the parking space is in a secure underground area with bars that prevent access to the parkng space or removal of a parked vehicle. The apartment has its own terrace with one table and four chairs. It has a communal pool - accessible by lift - with shower units and sunbathing areas.

Coast/Beach
There is a secluded beach at El Faro accessible through an underpass of the N340 with an excellent seafood restaurant overlooking the beach and the Med. Both the beach and the restaurant are within 5-10 minutes walk of Colinas del Faro.

Golf
Local golf courses are within 5 minutes drive and, there is a further wide diversity of choice of courses within 10-15 minutes drive.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski slopes are within 2-3 hours drive on a very easy road.

Travel
Malaga airport is just 20-30 minutes drive away. An alternative would be to fly to Gibraltar which is about an hour's drive from El Faro.

Marbella is 25-30 minutes
Gibraltar is 60- 75 minutes
Mijas is 30 minutes
Granada is 150 minutes
