The villa is set on the Los Molinos development at the La Manga Club. There are 3 golf courses with discount rates and the tennis centre has 27 courts with 3 different surfaces. In addition to the Los Molinos pool there is El Oasis next to the tennis centre and a superb Spa at Las Lomas. There are many restaurants on the club and Los Belones is a 10 minute drive. This small Spanish town has a range of shops including a superb wine store and further restaurants. La Manga Strip divides the Mar Menor from the Mediterranean and offers wind surfing, water skiing and jet skiing. On the club there are mountain bikes rentals and lovely walks around the cliffs.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. For those not requiring air con out of season £35 can be deducted from the weekly rental cost
A deposit cheque of £100 is due to secure the booking which is non refundable. Balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. In the event of cancellation the balance will be repaid in the event we can relet the property, if the new let is less value then only that amount will be repaid.

Saturdays preferred.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is fully air-conditioned. A high chair and cot can be arranged.
Outside
There is a large terrace to the front, first floor terrace off the lounge and a private roof terrace. There are lovely mature specimen trees and shrubs around the villa.
Coast/Beach
There is a beach at La Cala on the club with restaurant, it is about a 5 minute drive. There are many beaches off the club and the superb 'gun walk' up to a deserted Spanish military base overlooking the Med.
Golf
La Manga Club has 3 golf courses which the villa has available at a discount rate. The tennis centre has 27 courts with a range of weekly competitions and occasional demonstration matches with the resident pro's and visitors (eg. Andrew Castle, Jeremy Bates). During the Summer months there are clubs for football, dancing and cricket .
Travel
Murcia Airport is approximately a 25 minute drive. Alicante is about 70 minutes north by car.
Distances
Los Belones is a 10 minute drive. The nearest large town is Cartagena which is approximately 40 minutes by car.

The club has 2 supermarkets, a range of shops and a local doctors surgery.
Booking notes
A £100/week non-refundable deposit is required with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday. In the event of cancellation then the fee paid will be repaid once the villa has been relet for the same period. If the relet value is less then only that amount will be refunded.

About the owner
John and I purchased the villa after 15 years of holidaying in the area. We are verry fussy and keen to maintain standards in the villa, by regularly reviewing the soft furnishings and the overall look. It is important to us that you have a great holiday and enjoy our villa as much as we do!
We are very enthusiastic about the club and are keen to offer as much help as we can to make sure your holiday is a great one.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Los Molinos is a lovely location with it's wonderful pool and restaurant nearby it has everything. You can walk to the local supermarket and a number of bars and restaurants are again within easy walking distance.
