Accessibility
Due to a couple of steps into house wheelchair access may be difficult. Guests are advised a car is essential due to the quiet, mountain location.

Outside
The secluded garden is partly grass and private swimming pool approx 5 x 3m. The borders are well stocked with mature shrubs and palm trees. Raised decking sunbathing area. Terraces/veranda upstairs and downstairs with 2 alfresco eating areas. Attractive outdoor covered sitting area with Moroccan features. In addition the area has a large community swimming pool, 3 minute walk, surrounded by palm trees suitable for children. Sun beds available.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are at Puerto Banus which is 10 minutes drive down the mountain road by car. Marbella and San Pedro beaches are 5 minutes drive in either direction along coast road. Numerous lovely clean sandy beaches along the coast a short drive away, some with luxury beach clubs( Nikki Beach) with 4 poster sun beds and champagne, beach bars and restaurants, jet ski hire, kite surfing and other water sports catered for.

Golf
Close to some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol. Nearest clubs and courses are Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos,and La Dama de Noche (floodlit) 10 minutes drive. Many more a short distance away.

Skiing
Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours drive, so you can snow-ski in the morning and water-ski late afternoon.

Travel
45 minutes west of Malaga airport or 50 mins east from Gibraltar. Car hire available at airport. Pick up can be arranged at small extra cost. Car essential due to location.

Distances
The 16th. century mountain village of Istan is 10km further up the scenic winding mountain road. Along the coast 10km is Marbella, old town with its famous orange square, fountains, cobbled streets with unique shops and promenade. The famous luxury marina of Puerto Banus 8km.

Further details
Good location to explore cultural Spain. Seville the magnetic city with beautiful cathedral, Cadiz home of flamenco, Jerez with its famous sherry bodegas, Granada home to the Alhambra palace one of the wonders of the world. Cordoba has a cathedral inside a mosque and nearby Malaga with Picasso museum and historical centre are a few of the cities well worth a visit. Day trips by organized tours are available. Day trips or short holidays to Gibraltar and Morocco are also recommended. Rhonda town is a must see too with its stunning Roman aqueduct bridge - 70 mins drive.

For children there is a super local theme park called Tivoli World about 30 minutes drive. Also go-carting, trampolining and more are available at Funny Beach 20 mins drive away. An excellent Safari style park is close called Selwo about a 20 mins drive. There are numerous aquariums such as Sealife at Benalmadena 35 minutes away and a fantastic water park at Fuengirola 30 minutes away. Horse riding is available at Estepona 30 mins drive. Ceramic painting for children nearby. This area where the villa is located is famous for cycling and walking holidays around the local white-washed typical Spanish village of Istan, 15 mins drive. Due to the high summer temperatures walking is best from Sep to May. The stunning La Concha mountain is where the villa is located, on the Istan Road near to Puerto Banus. The famous Marbella Club hotel is 10 minutes drive away and the Sunday Brunch highly recommended. Quad tours and adventure treks are at hand.

Malaga is a busy city (about one hours drive away), home to the fascinating Picasso Museum, a beautiful castle and a cathedral in the old city center.
Special interest holidays such as Spanish Language lessons can be personalized by local language school III (15 mins away) and can be organised prior to arrival.

25% deposit payable upon booking. Full payment required six weeks prior to arrival, plus £250 security deposit, refundable on departure. Cancellation fee 40% cost at 28 days. 100% at 27 days or less.
