This apartment is ideal for couples who enjoy golf, tennis or sunshine holidays. The climate in Marbella is very good all year round. Los Naranjos is perfect for exploring this area of the Costa del Sol as the small white town of Istan is only a 20 minute drive away. Shopping is excellent in Puerto Banus as there are two shopping malls both staying open until 10pm. Off street car parking is situated next to the apartment.

Bedrooms: Air conditioned/heating, super king size bed which can be unzipped to form two single beds. Fitted wardrobes, electronic safety deposit box, dressing table with large mirror, stool and hairdryer. Black out blinds.
Bathrooms: Bath with integral shower, glass shower screen. WC and bidet. Marble lighted wash basin area with mirror and stool.
Kitchen: New, modern, fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Separate drying area with clothes dryer and pegs.
Living Rooms: Large sofa + 2 cane relaxing chairs. Sky Satellite TV (ITV, BBC, C4, C5), DVD/CD player, DVD film collection, dining table with chairs. Patio doors lead onto main terrace.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided. Change of linen and towels once a week. Stays of two weeks get a change of linen and towels mid-stay this is included in the rate.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning and heating. Open fireplace in living room. Apartment is situated on 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. No smoking inside the apartment. This apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs as there is no lift. Suitable for couples with one child. Cots are available to hire.

15 minutes walk (3 minute drive) to the popular beach of Puerto Banus. There are numerous beaches along the stretch of the Costa del Sol.

Golf
Apartment is situated in the heart of golf valley with Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, La Dama de Noche, and Aloha golf courses all within 5 minutes drive of the apartment. There are a further 10 golf courses all within 15 minutes drive of the apartment.

Travel
Malaga Airport 30 mins. Gibraltar Airport 40 mins. Granada Airport 90 mins. Car hire is recommended but not essential. Brilliant bus service which is situated 60 metres from apartment. Cost is 1 euro to Marbella or Puerto Banus.

Puerto Banus 15 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive.
Marbella 5 minutes drive.
Estepona 20 minutes drive.
Gibraltar 40 minutes drive.

Further details
On site supermarket, very nice bar/restaurant, tennis courts, clubhouse, internet points and swimming pools. Tennis lessons are bookable from the clubhouse.

Next door to Manola Santana Racquet Club and Marbella Golf Academy.

Booking notes
£150 deposit - outstanding balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. £100 damage deposit must be paid on final payment. This is not cashed unless there was a serious problem. Terms and conditions also states if we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control we will refund your payments. Key collection is charged for out of office key collections - office hours are: Monday - Friday 10-2, 4.30-7. Other times are charged at £15 to cover staff costs for coming in.
