This beautiful villa is set on the hill above Aigua Blava and Tamariu with fabulous panoramic sea and mountain views. The accommodation is spacious, luxurious and of very high specification. 500ft above the sea at Aigua Gelida, 5 minutes from the 2 nearest beaches and 10 minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Begur. The lovely market town of Palafrugell is only 15 minutes away. Tamariu and Aigua Blava are beautiful family friendly beaches and only 5 minutes from the villa. Within 15 minutes are the beaches of Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera. All of the beaches are maintained to a very high standard cleaned daily and have showers and all of them have lovely small restaurants. We are fortunate to have 3 top 10 rated golf courses in Spain in this area. Emporda Links and Forest, Pals and Serres de Pals are within 15 minutes and PGA Catalunya is 40 minutes. There are 5 more good courses between 20 and 40 minutes away. Several par 3 courses are also close by.

My wife and I are retired and live in the south west of England.We both lead very active lives and have a large extended family. This part of Spain has played a large part in our lives and those of our children and we are very family orientated with 4 grandchildren, at the moment?

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I first came to this area in 1962 and then again in 1980 with my wife and 3 sons when we bought our first property very close to where Villa Llevant is now. We have travelled extensively but have found no where that really compares to this part of Spain. It remains unspoilt and has a unique charm and beauty no matter what time of the year we come here.
