Ideal for the larger family or even 2 families as it can offer the privacy of 2 self contained units with 2 kitchens fitted to a high specification and 2 fully furnished lounges with Satellite TV. Air-conditioning and heating throughout. Both floors have large terraces with a large table and chairs on the upper level so the whole villa can dine together, alfresco. The property has electronic gates, tiled patio area with built in BBQ, beautiful 8 x 5m private pool, luxurious hot tub/spa which is usable all year round. There are umbrellas, tables, chairs and sun loungers. It is an ideal rural location for larger parties in search of luxury and total relaxation.

Notes on prices
Prices are in Sterling for the property per week. Out of season we would be prepared to take bookings for either the top half of the villa which has 3 beds or the bottom half which has 2 beds. There is a lockable linking door between each floor.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days but during August we would prefer Saturday - Saturday. The villa would be available from 3pm on day of arrival and day of departure would be 10am, this can also be flexible.

Living Rooms: There are two lounges the one upstairs has a table and chairs, sofas, log burner, Satellite TV, DVD player and video recorder. The one downstairs is a kitchen/lounge with double sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD player and video recorder.
Other: All rooms have hot and cold air-conditioning.

Booking notes
On booking the villa you would be required to pay 20% deposit and full payment 8 weeks prior. There is also a breakage deposit which is refundable after your stay.
