Credit crunch reductions of 40% applied. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Day rates are £40.00-£45.00 for off season . Utility charges all inclusive, linen services all inclusive, includes additional change of linen and towels. Late leaving £25.00 subject to availability. Further discounts on longer lets of 10% per week for lets of 3 weeks or more. 20% discount per week for lets of 5 or more weeks.

Changeover day
Apartment will normally be available from 4pm to be vacated by 10am on the last day allowing time for cleaning and inspection to take place. Early arrival or late leaving may be arranged subject to availability and £25.00 charge, ask upon application.

Pools about 60 yards and 100 yards from front door, high quality poolside furniture provided choice of up to 6 pools. Superb pools with a large children's pool to suit the younger non swimmers, full size pool for the better swimmer with multiple showers and toilets. Service providers on site for any breakdowns or problems that may arise. The Duquesa Village has its own security and secure access for your safety and well being. Additional linen, laundry service, highchair, pushchair and other items available locally from Duquesa Care Maid Service provider located close to the apartment. Accessibility
The access from the road is via six steps that are easily climbed or easily accessed by wheelchair or pushchair as each rise is low. Access from the car park is via five short flights of steps, or via the lift which is both reliable and well maintained. There are no steps in the apartment and the route to the pool is on a slight gradient. Suitable for those that are wheelchair dependent. Situated at the end of a cul de sac there is the minimum of traffic, safe for the kids.
Outside
The apartment is surrounded by well maintained and mature gardens,( VISIT OUR WEBSITE AT rhsupply.co.uk), the apartment although on the ground floor has elevated views over the golf course but is not closely overlooked affording a high level of privacy. Mature palm trees are typical of the gardens which contain many scented shrubs. A pitch black outlook is typical of the view from the patio's during hours of darkness as they overlook the golf course, you are not closely overlooked.
I have left binoculars for you to view the wildlife from the patio's, how many different creatures can you spot. Olly the Owl (Tawny) visits each evening before dark and can often be seen on top of the fence posts outside the patio's.
Coast/Beach
Beaches and bars are 3 minutes drive and 10&30 minutes walk. The Costa del Sol is an area in the south of Spain that benefits from exceptionally good Mediterranean weather, with average Summer temperatures exceeding 25 degrees and August temperatures regularly exceeding 35 degrees. The coastline, full of natural splendour, extends for 161km and its various beaches range from huge expanses of golden sand to hidden coves with secluded beaches. An average of more than 300 cloudless days a year.
Golf
Situated on the Duquesa golf course with around 50 courses along the Costa del Sol coastline, the visiting golfer is completely spoilt for choice. Many of the courses are hilly, some requiring a buggy for any but the super fit, however there are also a good number of fairly flat parkland courses. The courses at this end of the Costa del Golf tend to be less crowded and better value than those nearer to Marbella. The area surrounding Duquesa boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe, Valderama, Sotogrande, San Rogue, Real Club du Golf and La Canada. Estepona Golf Club is less than 15 minutes away and another 15 minutes away are more courses including Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and Las Brisas. Of course the apartment overlooks the La Duquesa Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones and is 10 minute walk from apartment and is 18 holes, Par 72, 6142 metres.
Skiing
There is winter skiing 2 hrs drive away in the Sierra Nevada
mountains.
Special interest holidays
There are paddle courts available for use within 100 yards. Beach fishing can provide a number of species ideal for the table.
Travel
A car is recommended, however bus travel is pretty good and taxis are locally available. Hire of Ford Focus car typically £18 a day. Go for the diesel version for best value if you are travelling around.
Gibraltar must not be missed, 25 minute drive and cheap petrol. Beware not all things are cheaper, booze and cigaretes are, £6.00 and £12.00 respectively (2010) .Morrisons in Gibraltar is an ideal place to do your big shop
Fantastic mountain drives passing through lovely Spanish Villages.
Distances
Nearest Town, Sabinillas, 2Km, Manilva 3 km, Estapona 15km, Marbella 40-50 km Malaga 105km, nearest Bar 1.0 km. nearest shop 1.0 km, internet access cafe 2 km, Golf Clubhouse 1 km. The area is within 30 minutes of Gibralta where trips to Morocco can be taken. The Sierra Nevada Mountains are a few hours away and local mountain drives and scenery are stunning.
Friday and Sunday Markest in Sabinillis not to be missed if you like large markets with a wide variety of stalls, over 100.
Further details
The nearest bars and restaurants are located in the Courtyard at Monte Duquesa as are Duquesa Care, the key holder. A general store selling fruit and vegetables, locally produced preserves and odds and sods is also to be found there. Puerto Duquesa has fine bars and restaurants and Sabinillas has many bars, restaurants, Burger King and a Friday Market. The beach is lined with bars and of a high quality. Plenty of shops/supermarkets available within short distance, Carrefour in Estapona and La Canada near Marbella with a cinema and bowling, ideal for those who like a good shop. Large Spanish market each Sunday in Manilva, bargains galore but ideal for the browser. English Butchers are local, located in the Puerto Duquesa for 2012. Fantastic Fish and chip shop in the port, shops for newspapers bread milk. Plenty of Supermarkets in the area, we use Mercadonna, and a large Carrefoure in Estapona. Waitrose in Gibraltar is where you will find cheap food that you are used to, 25 miles from the apartment. Plenty of open spaces, drive down the coast road to see more fantastic beeches, villages and small towns all picturesque and of interest.
The Puerto Sotogrande is millionaires hideout but a little difficult to find but worth a peak at the yachts and cruisers. More bars and restaurants in Sabinillas and Manilva, plenty to do and many places to visit.
Ride the rough road to Casares, 14km but the views are fantastic.

Booking is completed by emailing the owner, availability then be held whilst flights are booked and a deposit of 25% or a minimum of £100 is taken, full payment is due within 2 weeks of departure along with a further £100 deposit for keys, damage etc, which is refunded upon your return once the maid has cleaned the apartment,. The maid service provider, Duquesa Care will give you information details on how to get there and where to collect the keys.

I am a Maintenance Engineer, Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Coordinator, my wife is a PA to the Head of a large Secondary School where I am the Chair of Governors.
We have a Luxury Caravan on the Welsh Coast where we chill out leaving the three grown up "kids" at home.
I have a boat enabling me to enjoy some sea fishing when the weather, tide and energy come together.
We manage to get to Spain twice a year, usually the Welsh rain follows us, to the delight of the Spanish who had a drought for a few years up to last winter when we stayed for the first time and it poured.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Bought a property in this area as it is not overcrowded, some nice scenery and long drives. Gibraltar is close and Africa is not far off for an adventure.
I love the Marina, wish I could afford a boat there, and it is pitch black at the rear of the apartment on a night, something we do not get back in the UK. The pool is great, the Marina is full of bars and restaurants but safe and secure. Of course there is the golf.
Unique benefits of the property
It is quiet, great pool, golf at hand, a great choice of courses a short drive away. Great Restaurants and bars close at hand giving a wide choice of food styles. The beaches, and the sea are great miles of sand, good beech bars and restaurants.
The apartment is comfortable safe and secure, well fitted out making life easy.
We love touring around and exploring the landscape and many villages along the coast and inland.
The local standards are high, never any trouble and a fantastic atmosphere wherever we go.
