Sit on the large upper terrace to enjoy your breakfast while watching the sun rise, or walk out to the lower terrace and enjoy an early morning swim in the private pool. Everything you need is within walking distance of the villa, with restaurant's and two supermarkets only a 5 minute walk away. The port of Duquesa is a 15 minute walk, offering further choices of excellent restaurants, bars and for the adventurous water sports. Golfers will love how close the villa is to many excellent courses with Duquesa golf club a 3 minute drive and then many more courses including the Finca Cortesin Golf Club which is holding the world match play only a short drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is not before 3pm and the villa must be vacated by 11am.

| Living Rooms: | The living room is furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, TV with satellite, music system air conditioning and a gas fire. The living room leads out on to the top roof terrace. There is a dining room with table and chairs and air conditioning. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is thoroughly cleaned before arrival of new guests and all towels and linen is provided. Towels and linen will be changed weekly. Maid service is available at extra cost. |

Accessibility
The property is not suitable for wheelchair use.
Outside
The outside of the house is surrounded by gardens, mature trees and shrubs. There is a large roof terrace measuring over 100sqm with gas BBQ, furniture and a retractable sun blind. The private pool measures 8x4m and slopes from a shallow to deep end. There are sun loungers and a pergola offering cover from the sun by the pool. There is also a music system by the pool and a outside shower. There is also a pond with fountain.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 5 minute walk away which has shower and a couple of beach bars serving drinks and food. There is also a park for children to play in. There are many other beaches all along the coast all a short drive from the villa if you want to venture out.
Golf
The villa is situated 3 minutes from the Duquesa golf club offering excellent golf at good prices. There are numerous other golf courses all a short distance away all varying in price and ability. The excellent Finca Cortesin golf club is which is holding the world match play is less than 10 minutes away. There are many places in the Duquesa port who have deals on all the local clubs offering good prices and offers all year round.
Travel
The villa is easy to get from either Gibraltar 30 min or Malaga 50 min. Both have car hire available.
Distances
Duquesa port 15 minutes walk. Estapona 10 minute drive.
Marbella 20 minute drive. Gibraltar 20 minute drive.
Further details
There are many things to do in or around Duquesa. There is water sports and dolphin watching tours in the port, quad biking, mountain biking and many more tours that can be arranged in the port. There is the excellent tax free shopping of Gibraltar and all its other amazing places like the caves, cable car ride, see how the rock was defended in war and not forgetting the cheeky monkeys who live on the rock. A visit to the excellent Selwo park is a excellent day out for children and adults alike. Set in a safari like location with trips in big jeeps to see animals and an excellent walk through bird sanctuary. Selwo also has a marine park which is about a 40 minute drive offering you a chance to dolphins, sea lions penguins among its animals.
Fenguirola zoo is another good day out and an excellent zoo if you have younger children. There are two Water parks one in either direction one being about 20 minutes away and the other about 40 minutes.
The beautiful white town of Cesares is 30 minutes away and Ronda the birth place of bull fighting is about an hour away and offers a nice day out for adults with great history, shopping and restaurants.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% will be required after booking and approximately 10 weeks before your stay we will call to arrange final payment and any other final details. There is a £200 refundable deposit paid back on inspection of property and return of keys.
