This penthouse apartment is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location. There are a selection of local bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. A few minutes further walk takes you to a large supermarket, more bars and restaurants and the local aqua park. The penthouse also benefits from a spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private 10m2 pool, built in BBQ and is equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs for alfresco dining. As well as overlooking a large communal pool with jacuzzi, showers and toilets. There are several golf courses within a short drive and lots of things to do and see around the region.

Changeover day
Changeover day can be flexible. The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Accessibility
Lift access to the apartment is available. Secure private underground parking.

Coast/Beach
Walk for 2 minutes and you will be on the Vera Playa/Puerto Rey beach (part of which is a designated naturist zone) which stretches for 10km towards Garrucha.

Golf
Several golf courses within a short drive.

Travel
Lost cost airlines fly into both Almeria and Murcia. Almeria is approximately 45 minutes and Murcia approximately 90 minutes (140 kilometres). Car hire is readily available for collection at both airports. It is not essential to hire a car but we would recommend it.

Distances
Historic Vera town is approximately 5km. Garrucha with its marina and plentiful sea food restaurants is approximately 8km. Beautiful Mojacar is approximately 13km.

Further details
The Costa de Almeria is situated in Andalucia the southern most province of Spain. It has a near perfect climate with over 320 days of sunshine a year. There are miles of sandy beaches along the coastline with scenic mountains inland. A five minute drive away is the fishing port of Garrucha where you will find lots of wonderful sea food restaurants. Slightly further on is the 13th century town of Mojacar which is perched on the mountainside and is famous for its 'sugar cube' white houses. It is full of interesting antique shops and bars.

A little further along the coast you enter the Gabo de Gata national park, made up of coastal dunes, saline lagoons and hills of volcanic origin. Many interesting plants and animals are found here, including flamingos.

Inland, a forty minute drive away, is the town of Tabernas boasting a' Mini Hollywood' film studio used in the 60's and 70's to produce spaghetti western films. The famous Alhambra Palace is a 2 hour drive away in Granada.

Prices are all inclusive. Please contact us for a booking form. A 25% deposit is required for all bookings made more than 8 weeks before departure. Full payment together with a security deposit of £150 is required 8 weeks before your stay.
