Underground is a secure parking space. The property is close to beach and amenities and is on the level no hills to climb! It has air conditioning hot/cold. Sat TV. Fully equipped kitchen.For those withhout car the local bus is just around the corner and links you to nearby Altea or in the opposite direction to Benidorm. Easy walking to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
closeby is the golf and cricket pitch,regular games played all year round with bar, hot snacks served .Childrens playground nearby is situated in the shade of the eucayliptus trees.Petanca strips for those who would like to join in with the locals!

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is to a high class standard within 5 minutes walk to the beach. The local bus that runs from Altea to Benidorm every 15 minutes, summer and winter is just around the corner.
Easy reach to shops and supermarkets very close to cafes and restaurants. Near golf and cricket pitch.
Accessibility
The property has an underground parking space and lift therefore can be suitable for people with mobility problems.The property has ramp access to pool area and no steps to contend with!
Outside
Gardens and pool (10ms x 5ms approx) are shared by the community. The whole complex is cleaned daily.
Coast/Beach
Albir is situated at the heart of Costa Blanca named for it´s wonderful Mediterranean climate and the "white" light of its towns. Albir beach is a small exclusive resort with pebble beach but very close to sand beaches (e.g. Calpe and Benidorm). Quiet area, very popular with scandinavian & British tourists that come every winter to enjoy the sun. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops all within walking distance!
Enjoy the cafe terraces 12 months of the year!
Golf
Albir has its own practice golf and cricket pitch and there is other Golf courses (Don Cayo in Altea la Vella) two other champioship standard Golf courses in Benidorm near the Theme Parks Terra Mitica and Terra Natura.
Travel
Alicante Airport is 40 minutes drive away and there is bus service( from Benidorm) that take you every hour for around 9 each way. Valencia is 1hour 30 minutes drive. Once in Albir car hire is optional as most facilities are within walking distance and we have good rail and bus services.
Distances
Albir itself it is a new town, it has a variety of walking tours, valleys and mountains to explore by foot ,bicycle or car !
10 minutes drive to Benidorm, 5 minutes walk to Altea, 15 minutes drive to Calpe, 30 minutes drive to Jalon Valey (wine growing area) etc. licante 40 minutes away Valencia 1 hour 30 minutes away have great shopping and sightseeing!
Further details
Albir has its own cultural center, yearly Film Festival.Films shown on a big screen on the beach (bring your own picnic and bottle of wine). Altea has the Arts University of Alicante with Galleries and Crafts Workshops and Music Auditorium, The old town with cathedral and beautiful views and quaint cobbled streets with shops and art galleries to stroll around.Local shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants within easy walking distance.
Booking notes
40% deposit on booking, rest 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer or cheque. There is a small charge (40€) for cleaning and changing linen. A 200€ bond is to be paid on arrival this repaid in full on departure. Minor breakages are accepted of course plates, glassware etc.
