Located on one of Marbella's finest beaches, the old town and shopping areas are a 20 minute walk away. Marbella Old Town is beautiful, particularly around Orange Square, where there is a selection of lovely shops and superb restaurants. Nearby Puerto Banus has stylish restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shops and is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. The apartment is tastefully decorated with marble floors throughout and has comfortable and stylish furnishing. It comes with English Freeview TV, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. It is situated on the first floor of the building which has elevators.

Accessibility
Property is on 1st floor accessible by a lift. No major steps or obstructions but there is a hill running up the side of the property which a heavy person in a wheelchair may struggle with.

Outside
Communal pool is opened by the community from early June to late September. The sea is open all year round.
Parking is at the car park at the front of the building or the side street where necessary.

Coast/Beach
We are right on Cable beach which is a large but quiet beach to the East of the Puerto Pesquera in Marbella. The beach runs for miles up beyond Rio Real tip and round the coast towards Calahonda in the distance. The beach has a couple of seasonal bars and a restaurant. Also shower facilities and a go karting/leisure area are close by.

Golf
Lots of superb golf courses locally. Nearest being Rio Real. Santa Maria and Santa Clara are very close too. Over 30 courses within a 30 minute drive

Skiing
Approx 3 hour drive to the Sierra Nevada depending on conditions and who's at the wheel.

Travel
Malaga and Gibraltar airports are both approx 50kms away.
A hir car is recommended to get around but the local buses and taxis provide a good service if a car is not required.

Distances
Major shopping centre is a 10 minute drive.
20 minute walk to the Old town in Marbella.
10 minutes to nearest supermarket.
Petrol station next door sells basics.

Further details
Lots of ports and harbours. Plenty of little villages to visit. Within a few miles you can have traditional Spain or a Millionaires playground.
