The house is set amongst olive groves just below the Serria del Rey mountains. Truly rural Spain, with frequent donkey traffic and goat herds moving around the hills, it is a beautiful and romantic setting for holidays. The villa is spacious with private terrace for guest bedrooms and their lounge/kitchenette. The villa is situated off a good tarmac road with a short steep track to the house, 2km away from Riogordo, in the Axarquia region, a typical sleepy Spanish white washed village which can cater for all your needs. The location is great for visits to Granada, Malaga, Antequera and Ronda. Close by are 3 Natural Parks. Torcal with its fabulous rock formations, Montes de Malaga with its pine forests and the Serria Tejeda mountain range. All areas are abundant with flora and fauna, ideal for nature lovers, walkers and tourists. The last 2 have roads through and picnic areas. For more lively pursuits the coast 30km away, has beaches galore, water parks, shops and restaurants.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge has a 3-seater double sofabed which can be used for extra guest but there is no private bathroom. Playstation 1 and games and DVD. |

Towels and linen are provided, rooms tided each day. |
Notes on accommodation
In the property all bedrooms have central heating and fans.
A buggy can be provided for small children.
The upper terrace is fenced with a post and rail fence, there are drops from this terrace.

Accessibility
This property which is built on the side of a hill has three steps up to the letting rooms and a flight of steps up to the terrace with the pool. At present the area around the house by the parking is gravel.
Outside
There is a private terrace in front of the rooms for the use of guests with table, chairs and umbrella and sunloungers. As it a new villa the gardens are still evolving but there are plenty of space to walk on the hill above the house. The pool is on the terrace above the bedrooms and is available to guests during the mornings and evenings, where there are loungers and tables and chairs.
Coast/Beach
There are a huge selection of beaches to choose from the nearest being approx 30 mins by car, at Torre del Mar. Torremolinos 40 mins.
Benalmadena (beach/marina), 50 mins.
Malaga (beach/port), 40 mins.
Nerja, 1 hour.
Marbella, 1 hour 20 mins.
Golf
The Costa del Sol is very popular with golfers and many courses are available on the coast. Information available on request.
Skiing
There is skiing available in the Sierra Nevada approx. 2 hours drive away. Information available on request.
Special interest holidays
Although we don't run a course in Photography at present it is something we hope to arrange, but would be happy to provide help and take people on a days photography.
Walking days may be available depending on the time of year.

Car hire is essential as we are located approx 2 kms from the local village.
