Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches at Alcaidesa, Sotogrande and Torreguadiaro. Sailing at Alcaidesa and Sotogrande. Wind surfing at Tarifa 40 mins away. Duquesa, Puerto Banus and Marbella are within 30 mins. The Sotogrande Estate and marina is a place to relax away from the urbanisation of the Costa del Sol. New shopping centres at Sotogrande and Alcaidesa is due for completion at the end of 2008.
Golf
Alcaidesa, San Roque, Le Canada, Almenara, Sotogrande, Le Reserva, Duquesa golf courses and the world famous Valderama are all within easy reach (15 mins).
Travel
Gibraltar Airport 15 mins. Malaga and Jerez airport 1 hour. Ferry to North Africa 30 mins. Car hire essential.
Distances
Alcaidesa has its own restaurants and bars and a 700 bed 4 star hotel. San roque is a five minute drive away and Sotogrande Marina and golf complexes including the polo 15 mins. The Gibraltan Border is 15 minutes away.

An area surrounded by mountains with excellent golf courses, walking, water sports and safe sandy beaches nearby. Located in a tranquil upmarket location away from the nightlife of the Costa yet close to a variety of family friendly and good quality restaurants. There is an excellent Supercor supermarket at Pueblo Nuevo along with many bars, restaurants, local shops and a bank all within 10 mins.

A £500 non-refundable deposit secures your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £300 will be required on payment of the balance.

About the owner
I am a FTSE 250 Company Director and had responsibility for the Alcaidesa Development. I decided in 2003 to purchase a plot of land and develop my dream house as I liked the area and its spectacular views. The house was build to very high quality standards as I am in the construction industry and was very specific about my requirements. I am a keen golfer and the courses in the area are some of the best on the Costa del Sol. I have three girls and they all enjoy using the house from time to time together with my family and friends
Unique benefits of the property
Alcaidesa is a resort where all the properties have a sea view. The population of Alcaidesa is mixed with around 1/3 Gibraltarian, 1/3 Spanish and 1/3 mixed Europeans. The development also has a 600 bed 4 star hotel and two beach front golf course. This is not a busy tourist resort and there are not many places in Spain where you can have a beech area to yourself and yet be close to amenities and everything you could ever need.
Access to while villages is nearby where you can enjoy the Spanish culture and way of life.
