A beautiful house, walking distance to the beach and the World Famous Puerto Banus. The villa has modern decoration and a fantastic architecture, since the owners are interior designers and architects. The situation of the house is just perfect. The Casino of Puerto Banus is in 10 minutes walking distance, as well as Puerto Banus and the beach (beach and Puerto Banus 15-20 minutes walk). The closest restaurant is one of the best grill places in all Marbella area, and it’s only 5 minutes from the villa. There is a mini market just around the corner. Golf, beach, mountains, everything that you imagine. The house has air-conditioning and heating (floor heating and air heating also). It has a large swimming pool, lovely garden and closed parking space for two cars. It’s a fantastic house, you will enjoy it.

The terrain where the house is situated is 700 square metres. It’s a nice plot with a big garden, a nice swimming pool, a barbecue area and a parking zone. You can enjoy your time being in the pool on the terrace, which has automated shaders, reading on the balcony of the main terrace, sunbathing or just enjoying the interior of the house.

Rita: I am an interior decorator dedicating right now fully to my son and family and renting out our vacation house, that was for a personal use before. The house was made originally made for us by us, since my husband Antonio: is an architect and constructor, for this reason the house is beautifully designed and very carefully constructed with all the highest qualities. You will be surprised how comfortable it is.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Marbella, is a beautiful vacation place with all the commodities of a big modern city, but still small by the sea. My husband and I were originally working there, so made a house for us, which we were using for 3 years. Than for work possibilities we had to move, to 50 km away, to the beautiful city of Ronda, close to our family and we left the house in Marbella for a year empty. Than we decided why not rent it, since it was just a spend of money leaving it empty and we were not thinking of selling it. The house was originally build by us , so we only bought the terrain in Puerto Banus. It is very well located.

Unique benefits of the property
The location is great, walking distance from beach and Puerto Banus. The urbanisation is very quiet and everything is private for your personal use. The house is very nicely decorated to very high standards since it was never made to rent it. It is comfortable as well as winter and summer, since it has air-conditioning but under floor heating as well. You have sky TV, as well as international and Spanish TV. Beds have comfortable mattresses, made from viscoelastic material, makes your stay very relaxing.
