Manilva Beach is a first rate complex with two bedroom apartments and penthouses. The penthouses have large roof terraces with marvellous views of the coast and surrounding countryside. The lovely marina of Duquesa is a short drive away offering a wonderful and individual Spanish feel. Also nearby is the town of Estepona, with its brand new promenade, seafront bars, cafés and shops, as well as several excellent beaches. Manilva Beach is also ideal for golf lovers of all standards with the internationally famous courses of San Roque and Valderrama nearby, with the courses of Duquesa and Estepona a short drive away for the less ambitious golfer. The small beach is a mere 5 minute walk away to enjoy family afternoons in the sun, whatever time.

Changeover day
Arrival and departure is accepted for any day of the week. The arrival and departure times of 4pm and 10am respectively are only enforced if the next booking is the same day. This property is also available for long term rental.

Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. High chair and cot hire are available upon request. |
Notes on accommodation
Extras: The accommodation sleeps 6 people but there is room an extra bed. If you require an extra bed it is charged at £80 p/w which includes linen. Other extras cot £30 p/w highchair £20 p/w
Travel Insurance: You are required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance. The owners cannot accept any liability for injury or loss of possessions during the period of their holiday. Coast/Beach
The beach is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Other great beaches such as those in Sabinillas, Estepona and Puerto Banus are also all within a 30 minute drive.
Golf
The five star Duquesa Golf Club, Hotel and Spa are within a 5 minute drive from the apartment. Other fabulous golf courses are such as Valderama and Finca el Cortesin are also within easy driving distance, approx 15 minutes.
Travel
Gibraltar airport is 20-30 minutes drive away. Malaga airport is 60 minutes drive away. Jerez airport is also only about 90 - 120 minutes drive away.
Further details
The lovely marina of Duquesa is a short drive away offering a wonderful and individual Spanish feel. Also nearby is the town of Estepona, with its brand new promenade, seafront bars, cafés and shops.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. The property is prepared/cleaned at start of your holiday, if you require extra cleaning or linen please mention when booking as this is extra. You can pay by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (4% surcharge applies).
