This penthouse on the frontline to the beach is about halfway on the island. It has a terrace to each room, the kitchen has everything you require, there is a wash room, then you have a large living room which leads onto a large dining room. The master bedroom leads onto a large terrace with a 6 person jacuzzi.

Changeover day
The apartment is normally available from 3pm on the day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure and where possible we are flexible on the days of arrival.

Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer, griddle, toaster + full set of pots pans, micro dishes etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine, storage for table and chairs for terrace.
Living Rooms: The living room has a three seater sofa three arm chairs large glass coffee table, Satellite TV, DVD.
Other: Dining room has a large six seater glass dining table and a chaise lounge with table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels including beach and linen are included and are changed weekly.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for young children as long as they are supervised as this is a top floor penthouse with a jacuzzi. It has dual air-conditioning. If a high chair or cot are required please contact me in advance. The apartment is strictly non- smoking and is not suitable for pets.

Accessibility
The accommodation is suitable for wheelchairs. There are two lifts that service the apartment and there are two allocated car park bays in the basement with direct access to the lifts.

Outside
There is a very large communal swimming pool and child's pool open through the summer season with a lifeguard. A large child's play area consisting of slide swings etc, two paddle courts. There is a barbecue, sun loungers, chairs, tables and jacuzzi on the terraces.

Coast/Beach
Access to the beach is just a walk straight out of the complex onto the board walks and you have 7km of sandy beaches in front of you.

Golf
You can play golf all year round. The local course on the island is a par 72 course set in lovely surroundings, then you have the new Costa Esuri courses, then a short drive over the bridge to Portugal you have Castro Marim, Quintada Ria, Quinta da Cima.

Travel
There are two airports you can use one is in Faro Portugal which is a 50 minute drive or Seville which is about 1 hour drive we can recommend a good car hire company or a local cheap transfer company (English speaking).

Distances
The lovely town of Ayamonte is 10 minute drive away where you can get the local ferry over to Portugal, the larger towns of Tavira and Faro are less than a hour away or you can go to Huelva or the lovely old town of Seville which is just over an hours drive.

Further details
There is a local supermarket at Punta del Moral which is open all year round and there is the main supermarkets in Ayamonte.

Booking notes
We will require a 20% deposit to secure a booking and or full payment 28 days before commencement of booking. £200 refundable security deposit is required should breakages occur, or there is excessive use of services (electricity, exceptional cleaning) then a portion may be retained. A taxi transfer can be arranged from either Seville or Faro airport or we can recommend a good car hire company.
